Okay hotel voor de prijs
Pros:

Super locatie, hartje Tokyo, dicht bij het station en 20 min lopen van shinjuku centrum. Alles goed te doen en bereikbaar. In een rustige wijk. Een vending machine buiten de deur zodat je snel wat drinken kan scoren en een familyMart op 5 min lopen afstand. Echt een top locatie. Ook de faciliteiten zijn prima, prima badkamer, prima keuken en koelkastje, airco ook goed. Ook was het erg goedkoop!

Cons:

Het bed, het bed was ronduit gewoon slecht. Het matras was oud en vervormd. Zo heftig dat ik de veringen in mijn ribben voelde. Dit heeft veel impact gehad op mijn nachtrust. Ook voor 10 dagen lagen er maar 2 wc rollen en 2 handdoeken per persoon. Nu is er wel een wasmachine maar alsnog. Een handdoek of 4 per persoon zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Maar wat mag je verwachten voor de prijs?

Pros:

역이 가깝고 주변에 편의점이랑 마트가 있음. 바로 앞에 자판기가 있어서 물 걱정은 안 해도 됨. 길이 평지라 캐리어 끌고 다니기 쉬움.

Cons:

화장실이 좁음. 주변에 열차가 다녀서 다소 시끄러움. 근처에 식당이 딱히 없음. 주택가고 골목이 많아서 밤에 다니기는 좀 무서움

Bom para uma estadia curta.
Pros:

Boa localização, a água do chuveiro era quente e tinha ar condicionado, o que foi positivo. O anfitrião também foi muito prestável.

Cons:

Espaço pequeno, e algumas áreas mal limpas (com cotão no chão).

Super emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement du logement est très pratique, au calme pour la nuit et très proche des transports et des endroits animés. Nous avons pu laisser nos valises dans le logement avant l'heure du check in pour nous permettre de nous promener sans avoir nos valises. Le personnel a été très gentil et a été très à l'écoute.

Cons:

Le logement était un peu étroit pour trois personnes car le canapé lit devait être déplié la nuit, mais c'était largement suffisant pour bien dormir avant de repartir explorer la ville toute la journée.

Cons:

The room was on street level which is okay, but there was no curtain at the door, which was just a blurred glass door very near the street. Privacy is very questionable. And the neighborhood is full of rats all around, and the door is just on the street makes it very reachable for them.

A comfortable room with good facilities.
Pros:

The room was quite spacious. It came with a variety of cooking facilities + plates, cutlery etc. The bed was comfortable. A good sized table. I was on the ground floor which made access easy. Very good for a single traveller.

Cons:

It was good on the whole. The light in the bathroom didn't work...though this wasn't a big issue.

Pros:

Прям целая квартира как будто, а не номер! На балконе есть стиральная машина, также есть кровать и диван, интерьер очень уютный, есть ванная, также все удобства: микроволновка, холодильник, чайник. Было очень комфортно жить тут, нам все понравилось! Отличное соотношение цена/качество, рекомендую.

Cons:

Не было утюга или отпаривателя.
Вода очень медленно набиралась горячая в ванную, не очень поток воды.
