Pros:

Отель очень понравился. Мы с мужем приехали ночью, чтобы не ждать в аэропорту, позвонили в отель и договорились о раннем заезде. Встретил нас молодой человек Сухроб, очень вежливый, компетентный, быстро всё оформил, подобрал нужный номер и мы спокойно отдыхали. Номер отеля супер, чисто, потолки высокие, чайник, наборы двух видов чая, душевая в плитке, весь банный набор присутствует, даже тапочки. Двуспальная кровать с суперским матрасом, твёрдым, как мы и любим. Для позвоночника очень полезен такой матрас. Сразу предоставили пароль WIFI, проблем с интернетом не было вообще.
В Ташкент приехали впервые, но все ребята объяснили,рассказали, где можно прогуляться, сориентировали,как и куда доехать, дойти, где можно покушать национальные блюда. Максимально оказали содействие в любых возникших вопросах. Спасибо Вам огромное! Хорошее впечатление о столице Узбекистана началось именно с дверей отеля. Сотрудники отеля очень нам очень понравились, ценят своих клиентов. Рекомендую данный отель.

В отеле было чисто ,тихо комфортно,все для удобства есть

Про доп налог сказали только перед заселением+ к стоимости отеля оплатили ещё 300.000 о чем заранее нигде не было указано

Pros:

Отель мне понравился, расположен в приятном районе, недалеко от центра, рядом кафе и магазины. Номер большой, с двумя окнами, постельное хорошее, завтраки тоже более чем достойные, ребята на ресепшен большие молодцы, все расскажут, покажут, помогли забронировать столик в ресторане, дали советы по национальной кухне. Отель смело могу рекомендовать, если буду в Ташкенте снова, обязательно вернусь сюда. Тихо, спокойно, уютно. Персонал отличный. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Pros:

Очень хороший парень администратор Сухроб встретил нас.Воспитанный и вежливый. Настоящий профессионал. Просто золото,а не сотрудник. Решил все наши проблемы и учел все наши пожелания. Обязательно вернёмся в этот прекрасный отель и будем рекомендовать его нашим друзьям раз в нем работают такие хорошие люди как Сухроб.

Pros:

Был в свое день рождения , принесли торт в номер с поздравлениями , очень приятно! Удобное расположение , добрый отзывчивый персонал, чистота и комфорт , отличный бассейн , вкусная кухня, но самое главное это люди конечно, весь персонал отеля большие молодцы! Отлично провели время, обязательно вернемся, спа ибо!

Decent, however far away from sights in Tashkent.
Pros:

I liked the room itself and it was very clean.

Cons:

My bed’s tight sheet was ripped and the staff never came into the room whilst I was away to remove any type of rubbish. I also had a window that didn’t shut properly so the noise at the pool was slightly annoying each night.

The Art of conquering Tashkent
Pros:

The breakfast is adequate and practical. The entire staff is very helpful. The location is very good, with easy walking distance to public transport, restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

The mysteries of the tourist tax left us mystified for a while. Perhaps the hotel should take more care to clarify its impact on our budgets. A couple of episodical losses of power and water were mildly irritating, but nothing to blame the hotel itself for.

Pros:

On the plus side, we arrived in the middle of the night and there was no problem checking in. The hotel was close to the coolest metro station. Clean.

Cons:

I was charged an additional fee of several dozen dollars, not included in the offer. It's absurd that they demand payment in US dollars instead of local currency. We specifically withdrew local currency at the airport to pay at the hotel, but the receptionist converted it to dollars at an unfavorable rate, costing us another few dollars. I won't stay there again. It was cheap, but they made up for the price on arrival. the air conditioning doesn't work.

Cons:

I was transferred to a cheaper hotel with terrible standard due to ”overbooking”. It all seemed like a standard procedure for the guy in the reception. I got the feeling the other hotel vad run by his friends and they would split the money. After two nights I was rescheduled for a trip so I tried to cancel the last two nights. Now it vas not possible and he would not give me any money bag because that hotel wasn’t booked at booking…
Terrible staff. Stay away from all Art hotels!

Assolutamente nulla.

Cons:

Praticamente tutto. Non appena arrivati, ci hanno chiesto €10 in più al giorno a testa per una tassa di registrazione. Inoltre, abbiamo fatto il check in alle 12:30 ed hanno richiesto altre €10 per l’early check in. Struttura terribile.
