Art Tashkent Hotel

-they made us cancel out extra night reservation on booking due to ' but we have no free rooms',offered us a room at a nearby hotel they work with,but when it turns out we need room just till midnight put us back in their room and charged full day( thats ok,according thier regulations) but transation probably not listed in any records.Feel very bad after that situation
- rooms are not cleaned well after previouse quests
- no food at 9 ( breakfast availbale 7-10 in a form of a buffet).After complaint, nice lady made something especially for us,but she didn't restock the platters at the open buffet
- old,tattered towels
- our second room has no remote controle to airconditioning and smells from the kitchen

Я забронировала для родственников. Они пожаловались на завтраки и чистоту в номере. Повар не успевала, мои гости сами мыли посуду за другими гостями чтобы получить чистую, и это в 8 утра.
Администратор попросил дополнительные деньги на туристический сбор, хотя в букинге итак было посчитано 20 $ за налоги. Говорил что во всем Узбекистане так, но дальше в двух отелях у нас ничего не спрашивали, еще и давали подтверждение регистрации, а в этом отеле даже регистрацию не дали.
Не хотели давать чек. Потом дали, но оказалось что чек они уже зарегистрирован на свой номер. Поясню, в Узбекистане возвращается налог , но и это они присвоили себе.
После праздников намерена уточнять у налоговой об их деятельности

За короткое время проживания не заметили ничего плохого

They asked for additional money over the quoted costs by booking.com for "tourist tax", I explained its included, then they asked to double the price which i also refused. I told them my arrival time by flight and I booked an extra night because they wouldn't accept an early checking by 5am, then confirmed by message and they acknowledged it. They waited while I'm in transit then they cancelled my booking under a no show excuse, while at the same time sending me a message telling me that my price was a glirltch in their system and I had to cancel it. Landed with my family at 4 am to this shock, and refused even to answer the phone. I gor evidence for all that. A horrible place and staff, fant be even described as unprofessional, they are simply scammers, avoid at all costs!!

The sheets and towels was not clean. Also they forgot to change the dental kit, there was the previous customer's trash. The breakfast was disappointing.

En arrivant on me demande d'annuler ma réservation et faire une autre car l'hôtel ne fonctionne plus avec le même nom. Ensuite on m'attribue une chambre qui ne pas prête mais j'attends à côté pour que le ménage soit terminé mais une fois c'est fait on donne cette chambre à quelqu'un d'autre. Moi, je suis accompagnée dans un autre hôtel de la même famille où je dois attendre encore qu'une chambre soit préparée. Le pire qu'on me charge deux fois la taxe, car toutes les taxes (incluant la taxe touristique) sont bien inclut dans ma réservation mais je dois la payer quand même à part. C'est très malhonnête de la part de l'hôtel.

Vraiment pas grand chose de positif, le pire hôtel de mon séjour... Et aussi le plus cher.
Très vieillot, beaucoup de choses cassées et pas entretenues. Le carrelage, les joints, la moquette trouée et tachée, la plomberie.
Même les draps ne sont pas à la bonne taille...
Pas de climatisation et impression de saleté partout (verres, serviette degeu..., moquettes, rideaux, salle de bain).
Mais le pire reste l'odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain... D'origine inconnue, mais qui empeste toute la chambre...
Je me faisais un plaisir de finir le séjour sur un hôtel plus confortable...
Franchement, pour le prix, c'est déplorable... À fuir !

Обман и хамство персонала, забронировал номер, оказалось что в отеле нет свободных номеров

When we came for the check-in, the receptionist said the hotel was at full capacity and they have to send us to another facility. I've booked this hotel like 6 months ago and I've received a confirmation from them regarding my booking like 2 days before arriving, so this thing where all of a sudden there are no more rooms for us is pure buffoonery, to say it lightly.

The other hotel was supposed to be exactly the same as this one (rooms, location etc) and after some back and forth with the hotel guy, we agreed to go there.

At the second hotel we asked to see the place before checking in. The rooms were filthy, there was piss on the toiled seat and it was just not a place to stay at. What can I say, if they were true to their word, then the first hotel was just as filthy. But it may be nice, given how untrustworthy they are, doing overbookings on purpose or perhaps even giving our reserved rooms to others without even informing us properly.

If you like gambling, go with this hotel. If not, then there are plenty of good options in Tashkent.

Чистота хромает, жёлтые полотенцы, у регистрационной стойки пытались обмануть на деньги. Будьте бдительнее при подсчёте туристический сборов. Попросите распечатать квитанцию. Отель не стоит своих денег. Есть другие Art отели, которые намного лучше при цене ниже. Г

We arrived in the evening and found the hotel fully booked! But we had a reservation. Then they asked me to move to another hotel, where they offered me a crappy room that looked like a closet right next to the reception area.
