Cons:

The rooms were too old an infrastructure. They must upgrade it. There was no option for early check in and no 24/7 support was given to us.

Not worth the money at all
Pros:

The facility was a beachfront yet close to malls and amenities. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The food was basic and did not have variety. The facility is old and needs some modernisation. I was on an all inclusive plan, but it was totally not worth it as there was not much to enjoy really. Even the drinks did not have a variety

1. Zdjęcia pokoi nie odzwierciedlają ich stanu. Pokoje są z lat 70 ubiegłego stulecia, po wizycie managera- pokój zmieniono na odpowiedni.
Ad.1 Brak Ciepłej wody pod prysznicem
2. Obsługa hotelu jest zamotana i myli rachunki, podaje inne zamówienia.
3. Nie jest to standard hotelu dla Europejczyka.

Pros:

You're friendly staff. Especially Florentina and Faith they made our stay more comfortable. Otherwise just because I booked on booking.com seems like staff were offended. I'm glad the sales manager Florentina gave me her card. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a reasonable place on the beach and awesome nyama from the pool restaurant

Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at Reef Hotel in Nyali. The staff were warm and attentive, and they went above and beyond to make my birthday extra special with a decorated room, singing, dancing, and a surprise cake during dinner. The beachfront location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent with a mix of Swahili dishes, fresh fruits, omelettes, pastries, and cereals. A perfect blend of relaxation, great service, and Kenyan hospitality — highly recommended!
