Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Accessible rooms have no air conditioning. Sweltering heat in a room meant for wedding respite for elderly relative - unable to move to a room with air conditioning as no wheelchair access. Staff offered fans however this just pushed hot air around the room.

Great staff, wonderful location
Pros:

The staff were excellent and friendly.

Cons:

It would be great to know that apartment was on two levels when booking.

The Air conditioning was not effective enough for high temperatures, more than one fan required in each room.

Suggest maintenance available 7 days a week, broken blind.

Very relaxed, good base if you need to be in Leeds.
Pros:

Location in Leeds could not be better. Very helpful staff.

Cons:

Parking was a pain but city centre I suppose.

I felt welcomed, safe and comfortable in a well equiped apartment just a short walk from public transport.
Pros:

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful

Cons:

It had everything I needed - full kitchen and a washing machine! Plus it was super clean and I felt safe.

Lovely jubbly Jubilee!
Pros:

I travel to Leeds once a month and always pick to stay at the Jubilee - if it's not already booked up! It's super clean, comfy, in a great central location and I love that they leave a bottle of water and milk in the fridge for my arrival. The people on the desk are helpful and kind. Especially Shiak and Dean, who went above and beyond when I needed help with something.
