Excelente diseño y ambiente, pero inconsistente en los detalles
Pros:

1. La decoración del hotel es bellísima, es increíble lo lindo que logran combinar modernidad con diseños tribales.
2. La azotea también es hermosa, con decoraciones en tonos rojizos e iluminación hermosa. los DJs eran muy animados y tenían buena música.
3. El desayuno era increíble, con todo lo necesario para empezar el día de manera increíble.
4. Las máquinas del gimnasio eran tecnologícas. No tiene muchas (5 aprox) pero nunca me topé con alguien así que creo que está bien. Tienen agüita con sabores, fruta, agua y toallas para los huéspedes, era genial.

Cons:

1. La habitación tenía olor a humedad. La zona es bastante húmeda, sin embargo, una de las habitaciones tenía un olor fuerte y presente. Lo solucionaron de manera temporal, pero el olor persistía.
2. El piso de la ducha no estaba lo suficientemente inclinado, por lo que se formaba una posa.
Los dispensadores de jabón se quedaban pegados, era difícil sacar shampoo/jabón/acondicionador.
3. En el bar de la azotea nos dieron, según el menú, un roll de salmon, el cual no decía que tenía camarón (langostino). Para posibles alergias podría ser peligroso. Debería estar especificado en el menú que contiene ese ingrediente.
4. Las tarjetas se desconfiguraban frecuentemente.
5. Dan dos botellas de agua de 250 ml por habitación (1 botella por persona) lo que se nos hizo muy poco considerando el calor de la ciudad. Cobran extra por botella, lo que es deficiente para un hotel 5 estrellas.

Superbe hôtel avec une décoration incroyable au cœur de Miraflores
Pros:

Décoration magnifique, tout est fait avec goût. la vue de l'ascenseur est incroyable . Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux . Super emplacement à miraflores. Chambre superbe et bien équipée . un verre d'accueil est proposé sur le roof top, vraiment très agréable.

Cons:

On nous avait attribué une chambre mais le ménage n'avait pas été fait . retour à l'accueil et changement de chambre . Il manquait un peignoir et une brosse à dent , le personnel nous a tout apporté .

A worthwhile stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, Alexandra was very welcoming at the reception. Exceptional breakfast! Honestly, the best I have had at any hotel with the options and variety. Very comfortable room and great location for sightseeing (close to the JFK park with the resident cats). A place worthy of the price and I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent experience in an excellent hotel!
Pros:

This hotel is fantastic! The suite was comfortable, well equiped and everything was excellent. The breakfast was delicous and the roof top pool had an amazing view over Lima. Special thanks to Evelyn for making our honeymoon special with a little surprise by the hotel. We would always come back while visiting Lima!
