Már sokadszor szálltunk meg, és minden a lehető legjobb volt. Tiszta, modern, jól felszerelt szoba kényelmes ággyal, nagyon kedves, udvarias személyzet, és felülmúlhatatlan reggeli! Imádunk itt megszállni a párommal! Nagyon köszönjük!

Soddisfatto a metà.
Pros:

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e cordiale, sempre sorridenti e attenti al cliente. Siamo stati accolti bene. La posizione è molto comoda. La metropolitana è a venti metri. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti ristoranti, discount, farmacie, e banche. La notte abbiamo riposato molto bene. Consigliato.

Cons:

La nostra camera era piccola, cosi come il bagno. Avevamo una finestra che dava nell'interno dell'hotel, se non abbassavamo la tendina eravamo in bella vista a chi scendeva le scale. Non una cosa molto bella per la privacy.
Quando facevamo la doccia l'acqua fuoriusciva dalla porta e bagnava meta bagno. Non erano presenti comodini a portata di mano ma erano dietro al letto praticamente. Scomodissimi. Il secondo giorno non sono stati sostituiti gli asciugamani, quindi abbiamo dovuto asciugarci con quelli sporchi. Per il prezzo pagato per 3 notti, ovvero 550 Euro, sono rimasto molto deluso.

Overall very good with just a few minor flaws
Pros:

Location is great, close to metro station and parliament. Staff is nice and helpful. Room was cleaned daily. Nice breakfast, too,. Overall, would recommend and probably would choose again.

Cons:

The shower can flood a little bit despite the door is closed, but nothing too bad. Besides air condition, there is also a ventilation on the ceiling just above the bed, that can't be turned off, so you can feel the breeze, which I personally don't prefer. They charge 15 euros if you want to check in early.

Que en el check out en la recepción me dijera que tenía que hacer una valoración con un 10.
No hay un sitio con seguridad para dejar las maletas, se dejan todas en la recepción.
Muy incomodo el acceder a las habitación estábamos en el5 piso y luego había que subir dos tramos de escaleras estrechas y una de ellas de caracol.
Lo mejor el desayuno y las vistas desde la habitación
