Pros:

Fijn verblijf! Af en toe last van de geluiden op straat gehad maar je zit wel midden in het centrum op loopafstand van alles. Je kan er scooters en fietsen huren en het personeel is super aardig en staat altijd voor je klaar. Lekkerste ontbijt van de hele reis! En vers bereid :) (ik ben nog steeds benieuwd hoe de scrambled eggs met tomaat ZO lekker smeuïg was ;))

Excellent service and going the extra mile
Pros:

I loved everything. Mai Place is close to everything in Tam Coc. Anh the hostess was fantastic. She explained all the activities in the area on arrival and gave advice on what the best times were to do activities. Anh also helped us with all our travel arrangements from Hanoi to Tam Coc and back without any hassles. It was a seamless process. We felt very relaxed not having to worry about that. The room was very very comfortable with nice soft beds, and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was divine.

I give this place 10/10 for their excellent service, great room,good breakfast and going the extra mile to make the holiday comfortable,stress free and relaxing.

Pros:

Very good location - quiet at night, but xlose to the main street.
Owners are very nice and helpful people.
Breakfast is good (it's eggs or pancakes in different variations and coffee or tea).
You can rent a motorbike or a bicycle.

Really good!
Pros:

Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon war sehr schön und sauber. Der Host war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei allen Anliegen geholfen und uns verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten vorgestellt. Roller und Fahrräder konnten wir uns direkt vor Ort leihen. Frühstück gab es a la carte. Das Homestay lag ruhig in einer Seitenstraße.

Pros:

Super Friendly Woman who speaks really good English. We had no problems with the room or anything else. They had an amazing working AC which I kinda rare in vietnam. Would come again👍

Eine schöne ruhige Unterkunft
Pros:

Super liebes Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Super Lage, zu Fuß kommt man überall hin und es sind super Restaurants in der Nähe. Roller und Fahrradverleih haben auch gut geklappt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything perfect
Pros:

Everything. Really friendly and helpful staff. Gave us information on the area and was always available. Property was lovely and in a nice quiet spot a few minutes from the main street. Room was large and spotless and just as the photos show. Big comfortable beds. Air conditioning worked really well. Good fresh breakfast in the morning. Bicycles available for hire. Excellent value for money.

Nothing. All was perfect.

צוות מקסים עזרו מאוד והיה להם אכפת, מיקום טוב, יכלנו לשלוט על חימום המים של המקלחת, מיזוג טוב, שירותי כביסה ואופניים

היה ריח של עובש בחדר, לא הייתה רשת בחלון כדי שנוכל לפתוח לאוורר, נוצרה סתימה בשירותים (באו לתקן אך קרה שוב יום אחרי), פחות התחברתי לארוחת הבוקר אבל זה טעם אישי

Pros:

La famille est super, disponible pour des conseils de visites à faire dans la ville. La localisation de la maison d'hote est top à 10min a pied du centre. J'ai pu y faire ma lessive et également m'a reservation de bus pour Hoi An.

Podobała mi się w zasadzie tylko lokalizacja i miła obsługa.

Cons:

Rezerwację zrobiłem skuszony wysokimi ocenami i recenzjami ludzi z różnych krajów. Niestety obiekt odbiega bardzo od tych recenzji. Łazienka bez jakiejkolwiek wentylacji i potworna wilgoć w pokoju połączona ze smrodem pleśni. Przez jedną noc może można by było to jakoś wytrzymać, jednak trzy noce to była po prostu katorga.

Pros:

Perfect place to stay in Ninh Binh. The owners are so lovely and make you feel at home. The breakfast was an added bonus and actually really delicious! Room was spacious with a nice bathroom with a great shower. Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the Main Street but still nice and quiet. Also wanted to mention the young girl who was extremely helpful with tips and tours, her English was perfect! Definitely recommend staying here.
