Pros:

The location, so close to the Blue Mosque, is ideal. All the major attractions are within walking distance. The hotel and its rooms are compact, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is a bountiful and highly flavoursome introduction to Turkish cuisine. However the main reason to stay here is the staff. Each and every one is a star. I cannot recommend the Thank You Hotel highly enough.

Проживание отличное,рекомендую.
Pros:

Персонал приветливый,отель новый,комфортный.Завтраки вкусные,разнообразные.Отель находится в центре,в шаговой доступности от мечети Султан Ахмед,приедем ещё раз.Всё понравилось.Персонал говорит на турецком и английском,только менеджер Мерт хорошо говорит по русски.Огромное спасибо отелю.

Amazing staff and very good location. 11/10. Staff made the stay just amazing
Pros:

Was very clean with absolutely amazing staff. They catered for all my needs. Upon arrival my bags were taken straight out of the taxi and to my room. Didn’t have to wait for my key cards as they immediately handed them to me and even upgraded my room. Location is amazing as it’s right in the heart of Istanbul. Once again must commend the staff as they were all exceptional and I’ve never met such great service anywhere. I’ve stayed in many 5-7 star hotels but this service was amazing and I felt a personal connection with all the staff. Very very welcoming and they have an outdoor restaurant as well which just adds to the experience. Amazing atmosphere and just such a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to go Istanbul.

Pros:

The property’s location is very convenient, close to all the major attractions so everything is accesible by foot. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, they were happy to give advice on things to see/visit. Self service breakfast was also great, had a variety every morning.

Très chouette hotel ! Personnel adorable.
Pros:

Chambre très propre, calme, et hotel extrêmement bien situé !
Personnel aux petits soins !
Très bon petit déjeuner !
Transfert privé pour l'aéroport proposé, tarif convenable.

Cons:

Suite avec lit double et canapé d'appoint car nous étions 3.
Lit très confortable mais canapé extrêmement inconfortable donc préférez un vrai lit si vous voyagez à 3.

Összességében pozitív a benyomásom, modern, új, tiszta volt a szállás, a reggeli kielégítő volt bár minden nap ugyanazt
Pros:

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedése volt pont az Óváros közepén közel mindenhez, mégis csendes utcában.

Cons:

Nagyon kevés pakolási hely van a szobában, csak egy akasztós szekrény van és két fiók.
A ruha akasztó nagyon magasan van, egy alacsony ember nem éri el.
A fürdőszobában is csak két fiók van nincs polc vagy akasztó.
A szobára azt mondták hogy 25 m², de szerintem nem volt nagyobb mint 16 m², ha fürdőszobát is hozzá veszem akkor max 20 m².

La ubicación y la atención del personal

Cons:

Las habitaciones son limpisimas con todo lo necesario en materia de confort pero muy pequeñas. Lo mismo que el loby qué prácticamente no existe.

Pros:

Lage zentral an allen großen Sehenswürdigkeiten (allerdings nicht gut zum Essen gehen, weil viele Restaurantbesitzer sehr aufdringlich sind und die Preise überteuert). freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer das auf den Innenhof gerichtet war. Dieses war leider total dunkel. Auch war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Gespräche aus dem Nachbarzimmer und das Anreisen von Gästen auch in der Nacht. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.
Ich hätte mir beim Frühstück Hafer- oder Soyamilch gewünscht, sowie richtigen Saft und kein Konzentrat.

Pros:

Очень удобное расположение, до всех достопримечательностей в центре - пешком. Плюс улица довольно тихая, без сквозного проезда для авто.
Мыла и шампуня вдоволь. Чайник есть, запасы чая и воды пополняли каждый день! Есть тапочки, шапочка, косметический и зубной наборы. Сейф в ящике у двери, достаточно вместительный, ноутбук 16 влез.
Постельное меняли раз в 3 дня, полотенца вообще каждый день, но однажды почему-то не сменили. Белье всё новое, чистое, приятное. Матрас и подушки удобные.
Удобный диван.
Отличный вид на узкую улочку, а окна в нашем номере были почти по кругу - очень красиво.
Фен есть достаточно хороший, только тугой провод, руки уставали, пока высушишь.
Главный плюс - отличный напор хорошей горячей воды! Лучше, чем дома
Кондиционер тоже отличный, потолочный с регулировкой на панели.
А ещё есть лифт, не надо бегать по крутой лестнице.

Cons:

Всё отлично, спасибо за гостеприимство.

Istanbul la Città delle Moschee e dell'acqua che affascina da Turista...ma ha un traffico enorme.
Pros:

l'Hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica! La cordialità del titolare e dello Staff Ti fa sentire come in Famiglia. Disponibili per eventuali necessità. Camera accoglienti e buona pulizia. Sicuramente da consigliare...Ideale per Famiglie.

Cons:

Per lo scrivente migliorerei la parte dolce della colazione, essendo io un autentico goloso! Inoltre il caffé sarebbe meglio il famoso espresso Italiano! Per il resto della Famiglia amanti del SALATO per loro la colazione era Ottima!
