C’est ma deuxième visite. J’y retournerai mais en contrôlant si possible la ventilation .

Les décorations pour la piscine très magnifique. On se croirait dans le sud

J'ai trouvé spéciale que les enfants ne puissent pas profiter du spa ..le personnel pas accueillant, pas de sourire

L'emplacement était propre, personnel agréable.bien situé autour de plusieurs restaurants.

Cons:

La ventilation de notre chambre faisait énormément de bruit. Les jets du spa ne fonctionnaient pas. Plusieurs dalles autour de la piscine et du spa bougeaient , donc c'était dangereux pour des jeunes enfants.

L'emplacement est très bien. On est tout près des principales attractions à Québec.

Cons:

Les lits, les oreillers et la literie n'étaient pas confortables. Nous n'avons pas bien dormi. La chambre manquait d'amour. Tous les meubles sont usés et dans un mauvais état. Le système de ventilation n'était pas nettoyé.

l endroit ou il se retrouve pres de tout

nous avons trouve que le spa juste un jet qui marche pas de lumiere l eau de la piscine n etait clair et la rampe pour entree dans le spa est pas solidifié de plus les poubelles pres des ascenseurs pas vider durant 3 jours que nous etions la le decor est plus wow

Pros:

The pool area as great, (though I would have enjoyed having the splash pad in operation since it is so prominent in their marketing. The beds were comfortable. The price was good for the area, free parking and location were solid.

Cons:

Stains on several ofthe walls, the door latch worked poorly and the safety lock (the flip over bar thing) was broken off. The staff was not very helpful, I asked for a cot they brought me a baby crib, when I explained what I wanted the guy said "oh yes I understand" then never returned, I later saw cots in the hallway during cleaning. Customer service was poor.

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Chambre très grande et très propre…..je crois que c’est une chambre rénovée au goût du jour

Cons:

Une petite table ronde avec 2 chaises confortables serait appréciée quand on veut manger dans la chambre.
Ainsi qu’un four micro-ondes
