Pros:

Room is very clean. Had some steps but staff assisted us taking luggages.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful, free coffee available throughout the day and dining area downstairs if you want to have a take away meal

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para moverse a todos lados utilizando el tranvía, las habitacion estaba impecable y con un lindo diseño. Tahir me atendió en la recepción, fue muy amable y me dió muy buenas indicaciones sobre el mapa.

Os funcionários foram sempre muito atenciosos, inclusive as senhoras da limpeza

Cons:

O hotel infelizmente não tem as condições necessárias nos quartos, o quarto era extremamente pequeno, sem ventilação. Foi-nos fornecido um mini ventilador que não dava nem para arejar, só conseguíamos aguentar o calor debaixo do chuveiro. Casa de banho muito pequena, a pontos que é preciso nos sentarmos de lado para caber.

Pros:

C’était notre deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et nous sommes toujours aussi ravi. L’emplacement est parfait, à 20 min du centre. Très sympa à faire à pied pour profiter des canaux. La baignoire spa peut accueillir 2 personnes et le personnel est très sympathique ! Le balcon est un + non négligeable ainsi que les boissons chaudes gratuites.

Cons:

Notre baignoire spa à été un peu capricieuse à certains moments les jets s’éteignaient toute les 5 à 20 secondes mais cela ne durais que quelques minutes par jour donc ça allait mais je pense qu’une vérification ne ferais pas de mal. ☺️ Dans l’ensemble tout est parfait.

Great location to stay for a few days in Amsterdam
Pros:

It is in a very good location, good neighborhood, very near to the city center. It is a typical Amsterdam building, with narrow stairs and small room.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small and it wasn’t allowed to eat in the room.

Really good staff couldn’t be more helpful and the beds were comfortable

I loved the balcony it was badly needed in the heat
Beds were very comfortable

Was a little tight for space but most places in Amsterdam are, it’s the only tiny drawback
