İyi niyetleri ile her konuda bize yardımcı olmaları. Konumunu çok beğendik.

Cons:

Odalar biraz küçüktü ama çoğu Amsterdam merkezi otelleri böyle maalesef. Balkonumuz da keyif aldığımız için bunu da kafamızda sildik.

Pros:

Wij vinden het personeel altijd super aardig! Denken met alles mee, helpen graag en we waarderen de kleine extra's op de kamer zoals een appeltje, water, chocolaatje.

Cons:

We hadden deze keer een kleine kamer omdat de rest vol was. Het voldeed prima, maar de volgende keer boeken we weer een grote. Die zijn echt heel fijn!

Great location, clean rooms, just a bit noisy!
Pros:

Great location! Easy access to transit and lots of restaurants nearby. Grocery stores across the street! They have a great coffee machine in the lobby.

Cons:

The hotel noise was very loud (slamming doors, housekeeping, people dragging furniture) which made it hard to recover from jet lag (and have our child sleep). No fridges in room or ice anywhere made it hard to enjoy a cold beverage in the room, but they do sell things in the lobby. The stairs are VERY steep, but the stroller parking in the lobby was convenient.

Pros:

The location is a bit out of centre in a more calm area, close to the museums and Vondelpark. Perfect for walks along the canals without the crowds. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was really tiny. Be prepared for steep steps.

Pros:

My partner and I are just back from a stay here, location is fantastic, walking distance to everything you would want to see, close to tram stops and lots of local businesses nearby to take advantage of. The staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. They gave us some tips for travelling around the city and were helpful with any inquiries! We were on the ground floor at the rear of the property, no issues with noise , very quiet and peaceful

Bom hotel, mas com dificuldades para acessar os quartos nos pisos mais altos.
Pros:

Localização muito boa - perto de vários pontos de trams. Espaço do quarto bom para o centro de Amsterdão. Casa de banho nova, porém pequena. Pequeno espaço de cozinha dentro do quarto. Terraço/varanda com acesso ao jardim - muito agradável. Itens de higiene pessoal concedidos gratuitamente, assim como café e chá. Ótimo frigobar. Funcionários amáveis. Limpeza excelente.

Cons:

Escadas com degraus muito pequenos, íngrime e com pouca luminosidade. Falta de ar refrigerado - ao abrir a porta da varanda ouve-se muito barulho externo. Receção com muitas mesas e cadeiras, mas sem o hotel oferecer pequeno almoço. O quarto era no último piso, havendo pilares que atrapalhavam a circulação dentro do quarto.
