Great ambiance and location (if you like outdoors). Great view and velvet bedlinen. Facilities are very good. Good shower and bed.
Some of the staff like Claudia were caring and attentive.

Cons:

I thought the place is a bit rundown (toilets and plumbing so so), and it wasn't as clean. But the place was not spotless clean, and some of the food lackluster. I also thought much of the male staff was perfunctory in their hospitality.

Pros:

La ubicación, accesibilidad, calidad de los alimentos, atención. Es un lugar bellísimo, con muchos detalles que lo hacen muy acogedor. El personal es muy amable, vimos un partido del mundial, recorrimos los senderos, nos dieron botas y ponchos para el recorrido. Todo nos encantó.

Cons:

Los senderos se ubican dentro de un bosque, el sendero Quetzal en su parte final requiere mantenimiento y señalización

Pros:

Beaucoup de charme dans cet établissement. La nourriture est excellente. Le personnel est aux petits soins et nous a aidé pour réserver la visite du volcan. Jolis trails à effectuer aux alentours du lodge.

La zona en la que esta ubicado, ideal para una última noche antes del vuelo y visitar Poás y Poasito.

Cons:

El hotel esta bien, pero le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. El personal hace lo que puede pero necesitan más. No se si es por temporada baja pero la sensación es que está algo descuidado.

Nous avons eu un grand coup de cœur pour l’emplacement, mais avec les points négatifs, malheureusement, nous ne recomman

L’endroit est superbe avec la vue vers les montagnes, à couper le souffle. Près du volcan Poás ainsi que du centre La Paz Waterfall (que nous recommandons).

Cons:

Malheureusement, nous avons eu plusieurs problèmes par rapport à l’équipement. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, et nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude avant le lendemain matin de notre arrivée et le Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Deux irritants majeurs et de base…

De plus, nous devons mentionner que la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer (de vieilles bouteilles de plastique d’un précédent client se trouvaient toujours sous les lits par exemple).
