O hotel é fantástico, lindo e aconchegante. A cama extremamente confortável, café da manhã delicioso e bem servido com frutas a vontade. Os espaços de lazer são lindos. Atendimento cordial dos funcionários.

O chuveiro não tem pressão, cai pouca água e demora para aquecer.

Schöne Zimmer, leider etwas kühl und muffig
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer (wir hatten das Quetzal Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten und einem normalen Bett) - allerdings ist es auch im Juni recht kalt und feucht (bedingt durch den vielen Regen). Es gibt im Zimmer Heizdecken und einen kleinen Radiator.
Das restliche Hotel ist sehr schön (zB mit Billardtisch) und gutem Restaurant (wird durch einen Kaminofen beheizt) und gut gelegen

Cons:

Zimmer etwas muffig (kühl, feucht)

Pros:

It was a beautifully designed private residence turned into to a cozy mountain lodge

Cons:

The ceilings of the outside rooms where a bit too low and the bath rooms could be a bit more upscale but all together really nice

Pros:

Très joli lodge, notre coup de coeur parmi les 5 de notre voyage pour un prix plus bas que la moyenne. L'emplacement est parfait, proche des cascades de La Paz et du volcan. Les trails proposés au départ du lodge sont très sympathiques et passent à travers les pâturages. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre.

Cons:

Le seul (très petit) bémol est que la volière à côté de la chambre est un peu bruyante mais ça ne nous as pas vraiment dérangé.

Very nice place, very conveniently located near Poas volcano.
The rooms are very cosy and comfortable.
Overall the building and common area are decorated with a lot of taste, creating a warm atmosphere
