הצוות מהמם , אדיב ושירותי ויש נוכחות בקבלה בכל שעה שהיינו צריכים . הגישו לנו ארוחת צהריים למרות שהגענו מוקדם ודאגו לכל הצרכים שלנו מהשארת המזוודות לפני צ׳ק אין ועד הכוונה והסבר על הסביבה והאטרקציות שיש סביב . הכל מאוד נקי והמיקום 10 דק ממפלי la paz . האוכל במסעדה טעים והשירות נעים מאוד . בנוסף , המקום מעוצב ברמה מאוד גבוהה ונעים לשהות בחללים המשותפים וגם בחדרים הפרטיים.

El desayuno muy rico pero muy poca cantidad. La estadía fue maravillosa y el hotel esta muy lindo. La atención maravillosa.

Cons:

una sugerencia es que demarquen mejor los senderos pues es una actividad bonita por hacer pero falta información sobre las rutas, la demarcación en la ruta y datos como distancia estimada y tiempo del recorrido estimado.

Pros:

Отличный отель в небольшом расстоянии от вулкана Поас. На машине можно добраться до вулкана за 20-25 минут. Очень красивая и ухоженная территория. Со всех сторон прекрасный вид на поля и горы. В номере был камин, но также электрический обогреватель, и электрическое одеяло. По утрам было прохладно на улице. В отеле есть общие зоны с бильярдом, шахматами, книгами и другими настольными играми. Также можно прогуляться по ближайшим окрестностям предварительно одев резиновые сапоги.

Cons:

Камин немного дымил внутрь комнаты, приходилось проветривать. Завтрак заказываешь заранее по списку, очень странно, что можно выбрать, например, что-то одно, либо тосты, либо масло с джемом…
