Un hotel nuevo y cómodo a 5 minutos a pie del centro de Jiva
Pros:

El hotel es nuevo, está muy cerca del centro y el personal es muy atento y servicial. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

Cons:

El precio nos pareció algo elevado para no estar dentro de la ciudad histórica.

Posizione centrale vicina ai posti da visitare, terrazza panoramica, stanza di dimensioni buone e molto pulita. Accoglienza superlativa con bibita e noccioline di banbenuto. Ci ritornerei . Staff alla reception giovane e servizievole.

Esperienza davvero ottima all’Hotel Bankir Khiva! L’hotel è nuovo, pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio. La camera era molto confortevole, con un letto comodissimo, ottima insonorizzazione e un’aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, aspetti particolarmente apprezzati dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare la città.

Il vero punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: tutti sono stati estremamente gentili, attenti e disponibili, pronti a venire incontro a ogni nostra esigenza con grande cortesia e professionalità.

La posizione è strategica, perfetta per visitare la città e muoversi comodamente. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente.

Struttura assolutamente consigliata, ci tornerei senza esitazione!

I Like!
Pros:

I like the abundant organic fruit selections for breakfast, the pastries were fresh and well made.
I like the room we were assigned, the bed is one of the best we have slept in, after weeks of traveling the region.
I like the courtyard. There were some works being done in the rooftop so I did not manage to see the famed sunrise.
I like the staff, they are all very kind, attentive and speaks English.
I like the bright and airy lobby and the welcome juice when we arrived.
I like the 5 minute walk to the the citadel, and the many restaurants within a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Cons:

I didn't get the chance to enjoy the rooftop this time. But I will sure be back when it is not so hot.

Neues Hotel, freundliches und bemühtes junges Personal, nette Begrüßung, saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Zimmer extrem laut und sehr wenig Platz neben dem Bett
Dachterasse leider Baustelle und nicht nutzbar, wuede vorher nicht mitgeteilte
Frühstück absolut enttäuschend , keine frischen Produkte, Wurst und Köse liegt dort über Stunden ohne Kühlung! keine frischen Eierspeisen, keine Saftauswahl
Lage ok, bei den Preisen gibt es bessere

Hotel moderno junto a la ciudad antigua
Pros:

Hotel moderno con ubicación en zona tranquila y muy cerca de la ciudad amurallada (4 minutos andando).

Edificio con instalaciones en perfecto estado, bonita decoración, aire acondicionado en todas las zonas y habitaciones.

Desayunos abundantes y al gusto del cliente.

El personal, lo mejor! Jóvenes, muy atentos y muy simpáticos.

Best Hotel of My Trip
Pros:

A cold drink welcomed me on a warm day - this was a sign of good things ahead.
The hotel location is outside the old city aout 5 minute walk, which is probably the only modern standard hotel in Khiva, giving 4 or 5 star vibes.
Great bed, ala carte breakfast, first class staff.

Cons:

There was renovation during my stay, but it is low season

Hotel di recente ristrutturazione, nuovo, funzionale con camere comodissime e uno staff super accogliente e disponibile. L'hotel è a 200 metri dall'ingresso della cittadella storica di Khiva in una posizione invidiabile.
