Please note that construction work is taking place on some floors between January 5, 2026, and March 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The renovation is scheduled to take place between January 5, 2026, and June 15, 2026. The works will be carried out daily between 10:00 and 17:00.

To enhance our guest experience and provide a more modern stay, our hotel has commenced a comprehensive renovation project on the terrace floor. This project is expected to continue until July 15, 2026.

Renovation works will be carried out throughout the week (including weekends) between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Every effort will be made to ensure that no noise occurs outside of these hours. During this period, our terrace area and all services provided on the terrace will be closed for use.

Pros:

The room was clean. The cleaning lady was nice.

Cons:

The hotel was being renovated, there was work noise and dirt in the hallway. They were throwing away construction materials noisily after 11:00 PM and the air conditioning was not working so we had to leave the window open due to the heat.It was still hot and there was a lot of noise so we couldn't sleep.We booked a hotel with a pool but the pool was closed. They did not allow us to cancel for free or give us a discount. The staircase was blocked with construction materials, in case of fire it would have been difficult to evacuate, it was dangerous. There was one very small wardrobe for a room for three people, we had nowhere to put our clothes. The breakfast was quite tasty but IT was
every day , almost the same. The coffee at breakfast was terrible.

From the manager there to all the staff members, they are all very nice and caring people and all are very emotional.
Pros:

The hotel is in the right location and if you want to go anywhere from there, transportation is close by and the hotel is in a very quiet area.

Cons:

There are some minor problems with renovations going on right now, but everything else is fine.

Clean, quiet and great value for money
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and were really satisfied overall. The hotel was very clean, the room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed daily as well, which we really appreciated.
The breakfast was good, tasty, and had enough variety for a nice start to the day.
All of the staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always polite and ready to assist whenever needed.
The Laleli area is more of a shopping district, but the location is still very convenient because the metro, tram, and bus stations are all nearby. It is also easy to reach many important attractions on foot.
During our stay, there were some renovation works taking place in the hotel, but honestly, it never disturbed us. Whenever we were in the room, there was no noise or inconvenience at all.
Our room looked quite new, almost as if it had been freshly renovated, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Istanbul.
