Sehr empfehlenswert für einen Kurztrip in die Gegend Prenzlauer Berg. W enn man nicht zuviel in der na Wohnun g ist (Whg
Pros:

Für unseren Zweck perfekte Lage und alles genau richtig. Sehr bequeme/s Matratze/Bett/Bettdecken. Viel Ablage- und Schrankplatz. Gute Absunkelung der großen Fenster. Spül- und Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden (brauchten wir nicht). Mehrere Ventilatoren stehen bereit, wenn die Wohnung im Sommer aufheizt.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig von der oberen Wohnung her. Fenster nur ganz oben kippbar. Duschabtrennung und Duschschlauch undicht. Nur 3 (verschiedene) Gläser in der Küche. Ehemaliges Ladengeschäft, man steht vom Bürgersteig aus direkt im Wohnraum. Durch den Sichtschutz an den grossen Fensterfronten nicht sehr hell.

Pros:

Location is excellent apartment is spacious

Cons:

It was fine but needs a little TLC, dusty corners some, ripped towels, only one glass left of a set etc. It would be easily solved and make it a much nicer please to stay.

Fantastische dagen gehad op een stille rustige lokatie
Pros:

Wat een prachtige lokatie aan een binnenplaats, volledig stil ‘s avonds en heel veilig
5 minuten lopen van het metrostation die je in 20 min naar het centrum brengt
Koffie bar en restaurants om de hoek! Erg leuk

Cons:

Als de bed bank is uitgeklapt is het wat klein, maar de badkamer is dan weer enorm groot !

Lovely property but let down by wet bedding and towels and staff digging in our luggage

Раджу власнику додати ножів та відео ок з ложками, а також вирішити проблему зі стоком у душовій кабіні.
Pros:

Чудове місце розташування обʼєкту.
Поряд ресторани, бари та магазин Lidl у трьох хвилинах пішки.
Дуже чиста квартира, на першому поверсі, затишна, тепла з чудовим інтерʼєром! Є все необхідне: пральна машина, утюг, кавова машина, тостер, мікрохвильова піч, електро піч, холодильник, фен.

Cons:

Не сподобалась відсутність столових приборів. Зовсім не було ножів, це було так несподівано і не зручно!
І була лише одна ложка та одна виделка.

А також у душовій кабіні не сходила вода, тому прийшлось після купання витирати підлогу , бо вода витікала із кабіни у загальну частину ванної кімнати. Але й швабри не було 🥴
