The stay was very disappointing due to the noise, lack of hot water, extremely poor room furnishings

Cons:

It was very noisy. Every time someone entered the building, it made so much noise that it woke me up.

There was no hot water. The room was furnished in such a minimal and poor way that even a prison cell might not have been much worse.

The PIN-code access system was also very loud.

The property was located in the middle of a poor neighbourhood, surrounded by very run-down terraced houses, in an area where I certainly would not want to live myself.

La proximité de l'aéroport, l'arrivée autonome

Cons:

L incertitude de la réservation liée à un délai de réponse assez important, surtout lorsque les derniers commentaires mentionnent une annulation de dernière minute.
Pas d eau chaude (déjà précisé par de précédents voyageurs)
Les toilettes étaient sales à notre arrivée

its fine for one night and max two but nothing longer. Wifi poor strenght cannot rely on it

Cons:

No mattress cover, soft squiggy bed, no small side table, not even a mirror had to wait for bathroom to empty to get to a mirror. Shower is old and needs protectant to fight mold. Need mattress cover, not just one sheet, at least have a small mirror on the wall, the main light made you feel you were in a hospital room, Nosy when people enter and close doors, though doors are secure locked. Bathroom very small but for needs is fine.

Location to Excell and the Elizabeth line

Cons:

Door handle in Bathroom came off . upon replacing could see the screws were stripped, and it had been repaired at least once.
No hot water for the first day I was there until evening
no towels provided in WC for drying hands- had to bring my own towel.
Soap in the shower was a thin used bar, and a sponge provided was for dishes.
Security lock on the main door interior was hanging off broken.
No clean bedsheets on bed, and pillows smelled of sweat. I put a t-shirt over them

Cons:

no parking (because im foreigner but they didnt explain, i found out myself), room was smelly to need to open the door to release the smell. i regreted i didnt bring my own sheet, felt dirty. i couldnt know of course but i got ichy. the room is with code, once i locked myself out from the bathroom (panic, bad experience, if i didnt remember i wont.be able to get it; no one to ask help). overall not worthed

warm and cosy
Pros:

radiator was warm plus had an extra heater
location was quiet and bed comfortable so had a great sleep. Toilet/showroom clean and warm

Cons:

Couldn't get wifi to work but not a big issue as only stayed short time
