L'emplacement géographique n'était pas dans un bon quartier. Le devant de "l'hôtel" était une vraie décharge (sacs poubelles, gravats, électro-ménagers non fonctionnels...). Dans la chambre il y avait des trappes sur les deux côtés des murs qui menés vers le toit, une trappe fermé avec un cadenas et la seconde par un sac plastique ce qui ne nous a pas mis en confiance. L'hygiène n'était vraiment pas au rendez-vous surtout dans la salle de bain et ainsi que dans la partie commune au rez-de-chaussée. L'insonorisation n'était pas au rendez-vous non plus. Concernant les fenêtres nous n'avions même pas un rideau ou autre afin de protéger de la lumière extérieure. Rien ne ressemble aux photos sélectionnées pour la pub, nous avons préféré prendre un autre hôtel plutôt que de dormir dans ce lieu.

The towels provided were very stale smelling

The bathrooms were very dirty and work was being done first thing in the morning in them so they were not usable on the floor I was on.

- the bathroom is shared and very dirty, with grime and calcar in the shower, weird stains on the toilet seat, hair from other guests. The shower door was also broken so the bathroom is very prone to getting flooded.
-the walls and wardrobe are in horrible condition, we were grossed out by everything and tried to avoid touching unnecessary surfaces.
-we received instructions 2 hours before check-in telling us they don't have an adapter and that we need to bring our own toiletries, which I personally consider short notice, luckily we came prepared.
-the area is sketchy at night if you are coming from Canning Town station.

Finestre prive di oscuranti quindi essendo una mansarda non solo era molto calda ma alle prime luci dell’alba non riesci più a dormire, alla fine basterebbe davvero poco almeno per risolvere questo problema.

Struttura non particolarmente pulita, in uno dei cassetti ho trovato un fazzoletto usato e delle cartacce.

Personale non presente in sede,tutto viene gestito on Line attraverso dei codici che ti vengono rilasciati poco prima del check in.

Everything else. The bathroom and toilets are both dirty, I had to buy my own cleaning products and clean before using the facilities. Anyone and everyone was allowed entry to the property without checks beforehand, how is this exceptable?. The kitchen space is supposed to be shared right, yet it was always being used. I paid for these facilities and could barely use them. Most air bnbs are are not shared accommodations that force you to lose your time waiting around for others to be done. Anything I left in the kitchen or downstairs was stolen. If I bought and left food it was eaten. Even the kitchen roll I bought, on day two was taken from the kitchen. On my last night I couldn't use the kitchen as another guest was using it. Practiculary all day it seems as their room was downstairs. I didn't use the kitchen or eat the whole day, so I thought I could get a take away. The delivery driver left it outside at the entrance for me to collect. I went to collect it, they had already taken in my delivery and eaten the food. A complete waste of money. I'll never be staying here again. Other guests are stealing regulary and whats to be done of it?

"Interesting" neighbours right next door that with open windows (because of the heat) I heard at odd hours of the day. Did not meet any personnel at all and the place could have been kept a bit cleaner. Bed was comfortable, but creaked at every move I made.
