1) Educazione e preparazione nell'accogliere e seguire nei bisogni i propri clienti da parte dei Receptionists.
2) Colazione varia e di qualità (tornerei anche solo per quella..).
3) Location super vicina al centro città, ideale per visite ai mille posti che meritano di essere visitati a Vicenza.

Sarebbe ottimale da parte vostra riuscire ad avere più posti macchina.. ma rileggendo il punto (3) dei pro..mi rendo conto che non sia facile.
Posizione della struttura ottima, con 15 minuti a piedi si arriva in pieno centro storico e con ulteriori 15 minuti si può raggiungere anche la stazione.
Staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Chambre agréable, calme, modernes et propres , très bon emplacement à 10 minutes à pied du centre. Bon petit déjeuner.

A comfortable, air conditioned room within a kilometre walk of the centre (including the duomo and Palladian buildings). The breakfast was excellent (including scrambled eggs) and kept us going for most of the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the two ladies organising the breakfast buffet, who went that extra distance.
We were lucky to find space in the tiny hotel car park, but otherwise it would have been street parking, which wouldn’t have been problematic, I’m guessing. Not really a problem, just an observation. We enjoyed our stay.
