Znośnie
Pros:

Hotel w samym centrum i bezproblemowe samodzielne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie - przez cały pobyt nie spotkałem nikogo z obsługi. Pokoje czyste.

Cons:

Niestety już na powitanie nieprzyjemny zapach z kanalizacji, umywalka zatkana, klimatyzacja dmucha ale nie chłodzi a jedyne okno... W kominie w suficie piętro wyżej - na pilota który czasem działa a czasem nie - o wietrzeniu nie było mowy.

Oproti fotkám velmi nemilé překvapení, špinavý koberec, koupelna, nánosy prachu, špinavá klimatizace

Lokalita, velmi dobře nafoceno, zcela neodpovídající realitě

Cons:

Špína, rozbité nemoderní vybavení, zápach kanalizace, veľmi chudý výběr snídaně.

Spanie ako vo fajčiarni
Pros:

Zrekonštruovaná izba, jednoduchý check-in a check-out

Cons:

Nechápem, ako je možné, že ponúkate izby, v ktorých tak extrémne smrdia cigarety. Ak vám tam nejaký hosť fajčil, tak aspoň vytepujte koberec a vyperte závesy, pretože v našom prípade nepomohlo ani nonstop otvorené okno. Všetko som musela po návrate vyprať, lebo to bolo nasmradnuté od cigaretovej zatuchliny.

A ku kanvici a šálkam na izbe by sa hodilo aspoň jedno vrecúško čaju, ktoré stojí fakt pár centov.

Nulová snaha, recepcia nonstop prázdna a ten smrad bol neznesiteľný. Z pekne zrekonštruovanej izby sme mali vďaka tomu dojem, ako keby sme spali na robotníckej ubytovni. Za vyše 70€/noc fakt hanba.

The experience was very bad and I want to return money for one of the rooms, as it is not normal that room was not ready

One of the rooms were quit good

Cons:

The other room was very different from the other one, it was wards however the price was the same. I also requested for 1 big bed in both of the room, there was no singe beds, they in one room they were divided, we moved them together, in the other room they were fixed on the floor, so we could not move them. Also the restaurant on the 0 floor had wedding two days in a raw, so we could not sleep normally, however we really needed the rest after the whole day of treble and also we came for very important competition. More over, when we came one of our rooms were bat ready, even though it was around 23:30, so after the check in deadline, they simply forgot to clean and prepare the room for next cleaned so we needed to stay on a street and wait while it is cleaned at night which was horrible experience.

Pros:

Прекрасне розташування готелю в центрі міста та зручність оформлення бронювання та спосіб заселення.

Cons:

Відсутність звукоізоляції, враження, що стіни відсутні. Вікно в стелі, яке автоматично зачиняється під час дощу та не відчиняється, аж доки не завершиться дощ, іншого способу провітрювання нажаль немає, тому досить погане повітря в номері. Не зручний " дизайн" шторки на вікно , що в стелі, якщо ви зростом нижче 170 см, то дуууже важко її закрити, щоб зменшити світло в кімнаті для зручного сну. Дуже брудно, видно що номер давно не прибирали. Крім того на першому поверсі є ресторан, і при проведенні там святкувань дуже гучна музика була до півночі, після тривалої дороги, це дуже складно перенести.

Pros:

Location was good Manager/owner very responsive - replied to communication immediately
Needs a good bit of tlc
Hot water - need to run it for a while but it does come through
No curtains just a velux window - which does open but let bright light in early morning so not great for sleeping
Lots of stairs - not a problem to us
Good expiration of how to access the hotel and room
Good tv with plenty of channels to choose from
Mattress ok for a comfortable night
Bed very creaky
Room clean as it can be for state of decoration (needs a bit of a paint) Bathroom floor had a few long hairs still but we did arrive 5 mins earlier than advertised check in time
Could hear other guests when they were in the corridor but not once they were in their room
Kettle with cups etc but you need to bring your own coffee/tea, sugar and milk as none supplied
Towels - ok, clean
Hairdryer - good
Iron but no ironing board and couldn’t supply
Great location for a night

Cons:

Health and safety!! Our room only had a bath and there was no bath mat to put in the bottom of the bath when using the shower attachment for a shower Felt like I was going to slip and hurt myself
