Great place to stay with amazing staff

This was a very nice place to stay for a couple of days when enjoying all the food that La Fortuna and the Arenal area h
Pros:

Welcoming place, friendly staff. Hotel is located on the edge of La Fortuna, very close to restaurants, bars, super markets. Lots of activities in the area (night walks, zip lines, waterfalls). Clean room, airco, comfortable bed. Nice, spacious pool with plenty of sun loungers and seats.

Magical experience
Pros:

The pool Location with hot tub were amazing you are surrounded by a tropical oasis. The staff at the from desk are truly some of the best I have ever encountered. Every Question I had was answered every need , from taxis to recommendations were accommodated the place and staff were truly amazing.

Cons:

I have noting bad to say about this place.

Séjour parfait avec vue sur le volcan

Tout était parfait. Le personnel était très chaleureux et de bon conseil. La chambre très agréable et bien équipée. La piscine était propre avec vue sur le volcan. L’hôtel est très bien situé.

Guter Standort für Ausflüge, nettes Personal und hübscher Poolbereich. Die Zimmer sind gross und es ist alles vorhanden.
