En general muy bonito el lugar y el servicio, pero no hay privacidad en el baño.
Pros:

El lugar es limpio y la cama es muy cómoda. El desayuno es excelente.

Cons:

No hay privacidad en el baño, incluso si te hospedas junto a tu pareja es incómodo. No dan suficientes toallas ni papel higiénico.

Hotel in middle of party center
Pros:

It's a nice and charming small Hostel with shared and private room Options ans rooftop pool. It was clean and orderly.

Cons:

Price quality it is a good deal however you just need to know what you're getting yourself into. It's in the middle of the party street in Getsamani and between Thursday to Sunday don't expect to sleep before 1am more or less. The hot water in the shower didn't work .

Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel mit sehr guter Lage in Getsemani nahe dem Havana Club. Der kleine Poolbereich auf dem Rooftop ist auch nett gemacht. Das Bett war absolut hervorragend. Haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Preislich war's auch echt in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist leider nach oben hin offen.

Alojamiento tranquilo y con buena ubicación
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación, en pleno barrio Getsemani, muchos locales gastronómicos cerca y puntos turísticos.
Todo el hostal se ve muy nuevo, tiene una buena terraza con piscina.

Cons:

Estuve 6 días y el baño no se limpió durante mi estadía. El aire acondicionado se enciende solo de 18:00 hs a 09:00 hs, si quieres descansar o hacer siesta debe ser sin aire.

Após minha chegada, no meu primeiro dia enquanto eu estava dormindo, pertences pessoais meus como minha carteira, dinheiro, fone de ouvidos entre outras coisas, foram furtadas de dentro de um armário com tranca, que o próprio estabelecimento oferece... Quando acordei e vi o que tinha acontecido me comuniquei diretamente com a acomodação e com o Booking.com ambos não deram nenhuma resposta concreta, além de não terem me reembolsado a estadia que já estava totalmente paga... tive que fazer uma nova reserva em outra plataforma, pois já não me sentia em paz e em segurança para continuar minha viagem lá!

Would 100% stay Casa Helena on my next visit to Cartagena!
Pros:

Location, location location! Is close to all the major points of interest in the city. Stunning views to the San Felipe Castle plus staff have another level of kindness. They were very respectful and responsive to some extra requests I made. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast felt like home-made food!

Wir haben auf unserer 3 wöchigen Kolumbien Reise gleich 2 Mal bei Casa Helena ein Zimmer genommen. Als wir auf unserem ersten Zwischenstop in Cartagena bei Casa Helena waren, war uns sofort klar, dass wir auf dem Rückweg wieder bei Casa Helena einchecken werden.
Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Ausstattung sehr hochwertig.
Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen für uns auf dieser wunderschönen Dachterrasse zubereitet. Die Angestellten waren alle so freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Angestellten waren jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar und haben sich um jedes Anliegen sofort gekümmert.
Getränke wurden uns immer gebracht, als wir am Pool entspannt haben. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool gereinigt, man kümmerte sich liebevoll um alles und man sieht, hier wird alles sehr gut in Stand gehalten.
Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr liebevoll begrüsst und uns ein zwei Cervezas aufs Haus gebracht. Wir fühlten uns in Casa Helena jederzeit sehr wohl und sehr sicher. Die Lage ist super, um sowohl das hippe Viertel Getsemani zu erkunden als auch die wunderschönen Altstadt von Cartagena. Da die Zimmer etwas im Innenhof sind, hört man keinen Lärm von der Strasse.
Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben. Ich empfehle Casa Helena jedem, der ein paar Tage in Cartagena verbringen möchte.

Super Lage, schöne Zimmer
Pros:

Gemütliches Hotel, schönes und neues Zimmer, bequemes Bett und super zentrale Lage. Schöner Pool und Dachterrasse, wenige Leute.

Cons:

Teilweise sehr laute Musik vom Nachbarhostel, aber zum Glück nicht allzu lange.
