Ich war drei Nächte hintereinander in diesem Hotel und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und zentral gelegen. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parks und vieles mehr sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Besonders positiv fand ich den kostenlosen hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Das Personal hat sich um die Autoschlüssel gekümmert und mein Auto sicher geparkt – absolut problemlos und sehr komfortabel.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Umut, Frau Sultan und Tunc. Alle drei waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Der Service war hervorragend und auch an der Rezeption wurde ich jederzeit sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut.

Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der nach İzmir kommt. Wenn ihr ein sauberes, zentrales Hotel mit sehr gutem Service und kostenlosem Parkplatz sucht, könnt ihr dieses Hotel wirklich blind buchen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Fair price, location is not the best with car

The price was fair

Cons:

Location is complicated doesn’t look friendly and difficult to park. Helpfully the staff suggest us a parking place and we left the car there otherwise it’s quite difficult to find a place.
Cleaning and room installations were not in so good conditions.

Pros:

Für zwei Tage war es genau die richtige Unterkunft. Die Gegend war sicher und relativ ruhig. Der riesige PARK in unmittelbarer Nähe war sehr angenehm. Die Mitarbeiter waren bemüht und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Den Duschkopf musste man in die Hand nehmen und konnte man nicht aufstecken. Aber das ist Gott sei Dank kein kleines Problem.
