Pros:

とにかくお部屋が広い！ベッドが大きい！寝心地最高！テレビも巨大！かけながし温泉の大浴場に何度でも入れる。駐車場が翌日の12:00まで使える(宿の予約時に駐車場予約も必要)！立地が良すぎる！宿から徒歩で、由布院観光ほぼ出来る！店員さんが親切！とにかくいいことだらけ。

Cons:

良くないというよりは、気を付ける点。チェックインは15:00～18:00の間なので、なるべく早めにしましょう！

The room is good and tidy.

Cons:

It needs to hand carry the luggages from ground floor to 1st floor. It is a bit of hard work.
It needs to wear provided slipper from ground floor to your room. It is very inconvenient.
The check in time must be before 5:30pm. It is a hassle to hurry to meet the check in time.
Asked for parking map & location prior arrival, but no one replied.
The parking lot is at the back of the hotel. But it's a very small & cramped location, lots of tourists there & has to be very careful to drive to the parking lot.
