Чистота, уют и орядок, красивый дизайн и прекрасный персонал. Останавливаюсь там не в первый раз, и всегда довольна.
Как-то даже вернули забытое портмоне с крупной суммой денег и документами, причем до того, как мы о нём вспомнили)))

Brilliant stay - highly recommend
Pros:

Everything was beyond our expectations - very attentive and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, lovely breakfast and great location. We have also appreciated the extensive menu options in the restaurant with dishes delivered to our room in a timely manner still hot and yummy. Cannot recommend enough!

A perfect hotel in the center of Shymkent
Pros:

Aurum Garden is a modern hotel in the center of Shymkent. The room is stuffed in a modern style. All is very clean and fine. The breakfast is very good. We can also recommend the connected restaurant. There are also a lot of supermarkets and restaurants closed to the hotel. The main attractions can be reached by foot. In all other cases we have used Yandex Taxis, they are working very well. The personal was always present for our questions and at our last day we could also leave our luggage at the hotel in order to pick it up and the late evening for taking a night train. We enjoyed our stay a lot! We surely can recommend the hotel! Thomas and Ulrike from Germany.

Все очень достойно

Cons:

Телевизор не посмотришь, общая система питания номера черз карту периодически перезагружается (отключается, затем снова быстро включается) и телевизор приходится включать заново и искать ту программу, которую смотрел.
