The breakfast was simple yet delicious. The restaurant is quite cozy and atmospheric.

Very central location, with lots to explore on foot after having parked at the provided parking space. Clean rooms, fast WiFi spacious bathroom, and super friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Stayed here as a family of four and we were incredibly comfortable. The two rooms are separate but the kitchenette is in the queen bed side. The kitchenette was fairly well stocked but when we needed a few additional items they brought them up quickly. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure. The washing machine was great and they brought us a drying rack to use. The staff was always so incredibly nice and welcoming and helpful, and they spoke fantastic English. The location was also very central and easy to walk anywhere, including about a 3-5 minute walk to the Honey and Herbs Cafe for breakfast, good and a decent amount of food, but basic.

This was absolutely the best place to stay as a family—very comfortable, well stocked, and we loved the modern vibe.

The matress, bed sheets, pillow bathrobe and other components of your stay are of such a high quality that I was even surprised 😂

That's a small apart hotel with a small but dedicated parking in the very city center. Pretty new, clean, stilish and frendly. All my group - kids and their grandma liked it a lot and were pretty excited.

Остановились на одну ночь. Заселились быстро, очень отзывчивый персонал, огромнейшая кровать, удобный матрас, удобные подушки, чистое и комфортное постельное белье. В душе отличный напор воды, горячая вода ок, все необходимое- мыло, шампуни, все это тоже было. Номер чистый. Отель рекомендую.

It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel during our short trip to Gyumri. Located in the central part of the city, it is at the same time sheltered from noise, as its windows face a small street. All the staff we met were very hospitable and helpful throughout our stay.

Our room was on the top (fourth) floor, and there are only two rooms on each level, which makes the place quiet and cozy. The room looked exactly as it did in the photos, and we have no complaints at all - the cleanliness, design, the place itself and comfort were exactly as we expected at the level of boutique hotel.
