Gorgeous rooftop terrace with pyramid view & wonderful staff
Pros:

I had a most wonderful time. The rooftop terrace with excellent view of the pyramids was amazing. Also my room had a large balcony with pyramid view. Spent number of hours just sitting with the pyramids on the lovely Egyptian cushions. The staff was most loving, caring and helpful. Thank you for the beautiful experience!

Pros:

房间很大，阳台的景色特别好，工作人员很热情很热心，酒店楼下是有门禁的。早餐味道也很好！还挺适合中国胃的！

Cons:

晚上和早上真的有点吵，然后周围的环境比较复杂，总之不太建议独行的女生甚至几个女生住在这边，都不是酒店的问题，这一片区域都是这样。

Bonjour,

Notre arrivée dans cet hôtel s’est très mal passée. Sur les photos de Booking.com, l’établissement semblait correct, mais en arrivant sur place, nous avons été choqués par l’environnement et l’état des lieux.

La route était barrée par des objets que des personnes déplaçaient uniquement lorsqu’une voiture arrivait. La porte de l’hôtel était cassée et l’intérieur était très délabré. Nous ne nous sommes absolument pas sentis en sécurité et avons décidé de faire demi-tour.

Le conducteur venu nous chercher à l’aéroport a contacté l’hôtel, car il ne le trouvait pas au début. Après notre décision de partir, il a de nouveau appelé l’établissement. On lui a alors demandé de nous dire de monter dans la chambre, en nous assurant qu’elle était bien. Cette insistance nous a encore plus inquiétés, compte tenu de ce que nous avions découvert sur place.

Heureusement, le conducteur nous a aidés à trouver un autre hôtel.

Nous sommes très déçus, car la réalité ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos présentées sur votre site. Nous souhaitons vous signaler cette situation afin que d’autres clients ne se retrouvent pas dans la même situation.

おもてなしも眺望も素晴らしい
Pros:

親切なオーナー、素晴らしいピラミッドビュー、朝食と非常に良い宿泊体験でした。
エジプト旅行は難易度が高いですが、体調を崩した際の対応やUberでのトラブル対応など親身になってくれました。
コスパがとてもよかったです。
ありがとうございます。
カイロに訪れる際はまた泊まりたいです。

Pros:

Wer sich ein Upgrade auf die Suite gönnen möchte, können wir das nur empfehlen. Eine fantastische Dachterrasse steht frei zur Verfügung. Die Sicht auf die Pyramiden und der grosszügige Balkon sind einmalig. Die Betten gross und äusserst komfortabel.

素晴らしいホテルです
Pros:

家族経営のホテルで、オーナーも娘さんもとても丁寧です。夜遅くの到着時には、無料で晩ご飯としてコシャリを出してくれました。チェックアウト後も観光から戻ってきたらシャワーを使ってもいいと言われるなど、とても柔軟・親切に対応してもらえました。
設備はやや簡素ですが、基本的なアメニティなどは全て揃っていて、十分に快適に過ごせます。

Pros:

Une équipe au petit soin pour rendre le séjour agréable.
Il ne faut pas s'arrêter à la 1er impression de l entre du bâtiment qui peut être déroutant une fois arrivé dans l hôtel c est un petit Havre de tranquillité.

Pros:

Stayed there while they were renovating the room next door. It was very loud, but the owner offered us to upgrade our room to upper floor. Love this! The staffs were so very polite, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Lower room was very loud (street sound) and has no air-condition. Upper room was very nice.

Pros:

Close to major monuments, but may require a transport to get to them. Very courteous managers and staff. The owner happened to be around and was kind to host us and offered arrangements to help make us feel at home. The apartment has all basic amenities and services for a comfortable stay.
