Pros:

Perfect stay! This is a very cozy mini-hotel with spacious, spotlessly clean, and fresh rooms. Parking was easy right on the street just outside the property, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Of course, there is a great view of Cappadocia landscape from the rooftop terrace.

Super cool!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was freshly prepared every morning—absolutely delicious. The rooftop offers a great view, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the heart of Göreme, while still being located on a quiet street.

The host was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel to everyone! ☺️

Fatih Bey ve Betül Hanım, otele ilk adım attığımız andan çıkış yaptığımız son dakikaya kadar son derece kibar, güleryüzlü, ilgili ve alakalı davrandılar. Bölgede geçireceğimiz zamanı en verimli şekilde değerlendirmemizde önemli yönlendirmelerde bulunmalarının yanı sıra gerektiği yerlerde işlerimizi de epeyce kolaylaştırdılar. Gerek bizleri aile sıcaklığı ve samimiyetiyle ağırlayarak harika bir deneyim yaşamamıza vesile olmaları gerekse işlerine olan sevgileri ve saygıları dolayısıyla kendilerine tebrik/teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz.

저는 이곳에서 기분좋은 환대와 친절로 괴레메에 머무는 동안 정말 행복히 지냈어요. 옥상에서 보는 벌룬도 좋았고, 한가로운 골목 분위기도 너무 좋았어요. 방은 깔끔하고 넓었고, 샤워기가 말썽을 피웠는데 바로 수리해줘서 문제없었습니다. 위치는 오르막 없이 메인상권과도 가까워서 부모님과 움직이기 좋았어요.

Csendes környéken van, mégis mindenhez közel. Fatih a tulajdonos rendkívül kedves ember és szinte bármit el tud intézni legyen szó repülőtéri transzferről, autóbérlésről, hőlégballonozásról, programok ajánlásáról vagy hamam látogatásról. Csak kérnünk kellett és rögtön intézkedett. A felszolgált reggeli bőséges és finom. Soha nem maradtunk éhesek. Az ágy kényelmes volt a szoba tágas és jólfelszerelt. Nem kell papucsot, tusfürdőt, sampont vagy hajkondícionálót hoznod, mert bőségesen rendelkezésre állt a fürdőszobában. Nagyon megérte az árát.

Cons:

Délelőttönként rendszeresek voltak az áramszünetek, de erről nem a szállás tehet, ez a település infrastruktúrális hiányossága.

Wonderful
Pros:

Beautiful place. Wonderful hosts. Amazing very abundant breakfast. Room was beautiful. House too. Very relaxed. Beautifully decorated. Great terrace. Really wonderful place.

Cons:

The only thing i would mention is that the sun rises very early, so by 5 am, there is full day light. There are curtains.meant for this purpose, but they don't provide proper light insulation. If you're sensitive to light, do not usually wake at 5 am, want to go back to sleep for a while after the balloon ride... you better get a good sleeping mask. I got one on the pharmacy but still couldn't sleep very well and ended up pretty tired. For the rest, the place and the hosts are absolutely wonderful and would 100% recommend.

For a place to be rated more than 9 stars, we had high expectations but some of the basics/fundamentals didn’t hit t
Pros:

Location is good, room is spacious (we booked the queen with the spa/jacuzzi), we had the balcony which had nice view of the balloons in the morning

Cons:

Shower head didn’t work well - half of it wasn’t working and the flow was very weak, toilet had black stains not sure what was causing that, jacuzzi took 1hr to fill, tv was so small and the only thing you could watch was YouTube (we didn’t watch tv that much so I guess it’s not a deal breaker).
If you have luggage, just know there’s a lot of stairs if you book a top room.

Ottima colazione abbondante e cucinata al momento dai proprietari. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, stanza e posizione ottime che corrispondono alle aspettative.
Proprietario disponibile anche a prenotare servizio mongolfiera.

Cons:

Da migliorare la pulizia della stanza visto che nella stanza si trovavano strani animaletti volanti, magari da utilizzare prodotti specifici.

Vriendelijk en comfortabel.
Pros:

Het was een netjes verzorgd verblijf. De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was van goede kwaliteit. Bovendien zijn we goed geholpen met het regelen van een luchtballonvaart. 4 dagen echt genoten.

Struttura super accogliente e pulita. Host presenti ma non invadenti, spazi e cura della camera ottimi per il prezzo pagato. Vicinissima al centro di Göreme. Sicuramente super consigliata. Ottima anche la colazione turca abbondante servita con qualche cosa nuova ogni mattina.

Wonderful hotel with spacious room, roof terrace and lovely breakfast
Pros:

This property was in a great location close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance of many of the local sights and the bus station. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they provided a sumptuous breakfast and when I told them l was checking out early l was given food to take with me. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with lots of room to spread out, there was also a roof terrace to enjoy balloons sailing at close quarters. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and l thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
