Brilliant location , very clean and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location was superb. Close to public water bus stops and airport water bus..Our room had a balcony overlooking a busy gondola route
Beautiful stone staircase

Cons:

Cheap laminate in corridor. Really didn’t look right especially at the top of those stairs

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel 3 étoiles extrêmement bien localisé
Pros:

Très bonne localisation, personnel extrêmement gentil et prévenant. Les chambres sont propres et conformes aux photos. Petit déjeuner buffet à 12 EUR et 6 EUR pour les enfants, très bien et complet.

Cons:

On avait une chambre supérieure donnant sur une jolie place mais un peu bruyant, jusqu’à 23h. Après ce n est pas trop grave mais mieux vaut savoir que l insonorisation n est pas parfaite.

Pros:

Locație centrala. Curățenia zilnica este exemplara. Persoanl amabil. Prosoape schimbate zilnic. Vedere parțială si frumoasa spre canal. Liniște. Pat confortabil.Camera spațioasă. Aparatul de caldura din camera functiona perfect și silențios, deci a fost foarte plăcută temperatura din camera. Restaurante cu mâncare foarte bună chiar în fata hotelului. Distanță pana la stația de vaporette este de 3 min pe jos și 2 min ca să ieși în Piață San Marco.

Cons:

Aproape imposibil sa fac un dus deoarece presiunea apei calde era foarte mica camera 101. Deși am anunțat la recepție nu au rezolvat problema. Nu a existat mini bar în camera iar la recepție a trebuit sa confirmam dacă am consumat ceva. A fost nevoie sa vina receptioniera în camera sa confirme ca nu avem minibar. A fost penibil. Mobilerul scorojit.
