Pros:

la ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la plaza San Marco, muchos restaurantes variados alrededor y mucho ambiente y no se escuchaba por las ventanas

Ottima posizione!
Pros:

Posizione ottima a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco, hall piccola ma ben curata. Camera per due non molto larga ma pulita e ben curata.

Cons:

Camera poco illuminata dovuta alla vicinanza del muro di fronte (non è una colpa... siamo a Venezia!). Doccia piccola con la tenda su un lato del box doccia.

Excellent hotel with outstanding staff!
I originally arrived at Hotel Messner, which was a horrible experience, so I left and booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing what to expect. I arrived around midnight, and Max at the reception welcomed me as if I were at home. He even came outside to greet me.
The hotel is very clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The staff are exceptional. A special thank you to Max, Sandra, Claudia, and Joy, who kept my room spotless throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
