Ok, wouldn’t return.
Pros:

Good value, decent facilities, easy parking. Receptionist when leaving was really nice and friendly.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner, had to plug something in behind bedside cabinet and noticed it was very dirty. Receptionist when booking in was moody and unfriendly, unlike the person who checked us out who was the opposite.

nice and clean. location was alright i mean it’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Can’t complain about it.

Excellent Value
Pros:

The property was very clean, the bed firm and supportive with plenty of space for cooking meals. Location was within walking distance of mall and numerous restaurants.

Cons:

The pillows needed to be replaced - they were too soft from overuse. No housing keeping service if you stay less than 7 days but they offered fresh towels when requested.

Overall great stay the managers attitude improved. Once she realized I was someone else I would just say be kind to ever

Enjoyable. Good location. Friendly staff. Internet needs much improving.

Cons:

Internet would not work hardly at all. Very slow when it did. Kept saying WaterWalk off line. And AT&T coverage is lacking in the area. So you really need internet.

Great stay.
Pros:

Waterwalk has everything you need, I never stayed in a hotel like this , my wife loved it also .we will be telling our friends and family about you. Thanks for a great stay.

Do better to see if your staff is actually doing there job!
Pros:

The location was a good area

Cons:

House keeper need to be trained better . I felt like the sheets weren’t changed. There floors needed better cleaning satins everywhere. Pills found on the bathroom floor . Sock behind the entrainment stand . Nothing stocked or reset in the kitchen area . The entire time it smelled like Old nasty cigarettes in the hallways. It wasn’t stated prior to booking that the pool wasn’t open for use . Nothing wasn’t mentioned at the time of check in also .

Bad experience will never stay again

They never informed me the pool wasn’t open yet even when I ask what time does the pool close and she said 10 we asked for a refund and to check us out and she was so rude! We had just checked in 25 minutes before
