Great location, Great Shower Temperature and Pressure, Great Front Desk, room and wifi issues
Pros:

Location: 10
Middle of town and has some really good restaurants that are just around the corner!

Shower Water Temperature: 10
Water temperature was perfect!

Shower Water Pressure: 10
Water pressure was perfect!

Host: 10
The front desk was very kind and helpful with some of the confusion at the hotel.

Cons:

By my rating it should have been a perfect hotel but there were a few issues that were handled as best as the front desk could! Our original room was not yet cleaned so we got bounced around to another room which didn't have a bed then finally put in a room with 3 twin beds as opposed to the original queen we wanted (Which is fine but a little concerning). Wifi didn't work in the room unfortunately so we had to go out in the breakfast area for wifi.
