Do not recommend this place, and please be care full of you credit card when you use it there.
Pros:

The room was very small, even though we were charged for four people. We were also charged separately for dinner, despite it being included in the room rate.

On a positive note, the cleaning staff were polite and did a great job. However, some of the reception staff were rude and seemed unwilling to answer our questions, which made the overall experience disappointing.

No, We had to stay there because it was near the airport. but they scammed my credit card.

Exceptional Stay with a Personal Touch
Pros:

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at Aurika by Lemon Tree. The staff was extremely cooperative and proactive, always making an effort to understand our needs and ensure everything was taken care of smoothly.
A special mention to Ms. Shireen, Ms. Saloni, and Ms. Anshu during the check-in process. We were traveling with our kids and had come here purely to relax, and they truly understood our requirements. From the very beginning, they arranged everything thoughtfully and made us feel genuinely welcomed.
In today’s world, many brands operate efficiently but without human warmth. Aurika by Lemon Tree stands apart. Here, the team doesn’t function like machines—they pay close personal attention to details by observing guests and understanding what they need even before asking. This level of hospitality and emotional intelligence is rare and highly appreciated.
Overall, a wonderful experience with excellent service, warm hospitality, and a team that truly cares about guest comfort. We would definitely love to visit again.

Great place for a stop over.
Pros:

Our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until 6am, we were kindly given a late check out. The breakfast was great.
