Alles OK
Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal. Der Strandbereich, die Pools. Leider ist in Santa Marta das Meer nicht so sauber, wir sind da andere Gebiete gewohnt. Da kann aber das Hotel auch nichts machen, wer nach Santa Marta will ist das Hilton eine gute Adresse. Das Frühstücksbüffet haben wir nicht genutzt das war uns doch etwas zu hoch im Preis, weil wir es nicht voll auskosten würden und eher leicht frühstücken. Wir hatten wie gewünscht ein ruhiges Zimmer und konnten gut schlafen. Leider mussten wir den Aufenthalt nach 2 Tagen abbrechen da es einen Trauerfall in der Familie gab. Das Hilton und auch Booking hatten Verständnis, dafür ein grosse Dankeschön.

Cons:

Dia Balkons sind gross aber recht nutzlos da kein Stuhl oder etwas vorhanden ist um die Aussicht zu geniessen. Es gibt auch keinen Wäschehalter auf dem Balkon um die nassen Badesachen zu trocknen. Bei 2 Pools und Meer wäre es doch angebracht.

Desayuno muy bueno, variedad increíble y de muy buena calidad. Actividades de wellness (yoga, meditación) increíbles. Instalaciones limpias, con muy buen mantenimiento.

Cons:

Música alta en algunas horas en las zonas de piscinas. Mejorar los procedimientos para que el personal apoye a recuperar objetos perdidos.
