Belle hotel qui peux facilement etre parfaite
Pros:

Très proche de l’aéroport , très bon restaurant , la vue océan des chambre est magnifique , j’avais une suite très grande et bien aménager..

Cons:

C’est un bel hôtel, mais il y a plusieurs petits irritants. Juste des niaiseries, mais justement tellement faciles à régler. Il y a beaucoup de places pour s’asseoir autour des deux piscines, mais pratiquement aucune à l’ombre. Aucun parasol ni espace aménagé pour se protéger du soleil, donc tout ou presque est en plein soleil. Les serviettes sont disponibles seulement à la piscine du 2e étage… tu es au rooftop au 16e et tu dois descendre au 2e pour aller chercher une serviette. Même chose pour la plage.

Atardeceres hermosos y servicio excepcional. Todo superó mis expectativas
Pros:

La experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Las instalaciones son modernas, cómodas y muy bien cuidadas; la piscina es espectacular permite ver los mejores atardeceres y los espacios del hotel realmente transmiten confort y tranquilidad. El desayuno buffet es muy completo y variado, y tanto los restaurantes como el bar ofrecen muy buenas opciones. Además, la atención del personal fue impecable: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a brindar el mejor servicio. Sin duda, una estadía para repetir.

No tengo comentarios negativos. Toda la experiencia superó mis expectativas.

Hilton Santa Marta...what a wonder!!!
Pros:

As soon as we arrived we knew this hotel was going to be fabulous. The attention from the staff was great, the look and feel was fresh. Entering the room it was very spacious and the view was amazing. The restaurants had a large selection of food, the infinity pool had an uninterrupted view which made the sunsets something of a wonder... so much more could be said...definitely recommend this hotel, the location and much, much more

Todo fue excelente, desde las instalaciones y la atención del personal. Jorge de la recepción siempre estuvo con su amabilidad y un saludo diario presente. También es un hotel con inclusión, en su personal cuentan con una persona con síndrome de Down, lo que me enamoro.
