Pros:

Camere spaziose, colazione eccezionale, staff premuroso , piscina bellissima al piano 2, e spettacolare quella al tetto. Ghiaccio e acqua potabile sempre disponibili. Pulizia esemplare.

Vacaciones en una habitación
Pros:

Los alimentos del buffet están demasiado expuestos las personas tosen, estornudan encima de los alimentos. Estuvimos 3 días enfermos con soltura , debido a alguna bacteria que ingerimos.
Comimos únicamente en el hotel.

Cons:

Los platos, son exageradamente demorados en los diferentes restaurantes.
Para que el televisor funcionará, debíamos llamar todos los días al servicio técnico.

Increíble Santa Marta y sus atardeceres
Pros:

Todo : el lugar , el desayuno , la pileta del piso 16, el bar de playa , los chicos de la sombrilla , tener dispenser de agua potable.

Cons:

Tener que reclamar las toallas del cuarto , solo un detalle

Cómodo para adultos.
Pros:

El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero el sofá cama es sumamente incómodo. Los niños no la pasaron bien durmiendo ahí.

Cons:

Pero el espacio destinado para el mismo es pequeño e incómodo para la cantidad de gente. Debería existir una zona de lavandería( lavadoras) bajo la modalidad de pago, que facilitarían la estancia de las familias. El lobby debería ser más elegante.

Buen fin de semana
Pros:

Excelente la terraza , buena música , muy cómodo , una piscina muy buena , buen servicio del personal , la salida a la playa genial y buen servicio del personal en la playa

Cons:

viajamos tres personas , en la habitación había una cama queen , ( buena calidad ) pero para mi hijo un sofacama con una colchoneta demasiado delgada , lo que hizo que no tuviera buen descanso

Indudablemente las instalaciones son muy buenas, habitaciones cómodas y muy agradables

Cons:

Servicio en general no fue el mejor, pese a que la actitud de quienes atienden es buena, los tiempos de espera y la imprecisión son absurdos. Horas en el restaurante, costos altos y calidad media. Ascensores colapsados. Subir y bajar de la habitación toma al rededor de 15 minutos.

La piscina del techo, la habitación, la atención

Cons:

Demasiado complicado recargar agua y el servicio de playa es solo licor. Café o capuchino re demorados y pocas carpas. Lo peor fue la fumadera en el bar del techo

Excelente opción en Santa Marta
Pros:

Hotel muy lindo a 15 minutos del rodadero y lejos del tumulto, cómodo y moderno. Las instalaciones son impecables el personal es muy atento y la comida del restaurante es rica y variada. Volveremos, sin duda.
