Het viel ons op dat het personeel ons niet op dezelfde manier behandelde. Tegen mij waren ze merkbaar vriendelijker dan tegen mijn partner, die een donkere huidskleur heeft. Er leek sprake te zijn van een zekere voorkeursbehandeling, wat voor ons aanvoelde als een vorm van racisme.

Pros:

Housekeeping and the service staff were kind and efficient. The food was tasty and prepared fresh.

Cons:

I had no AC for 4 days in 90 degree weather. Despite my level of discomfort, the property provided zero compensation. I wasn't offered a different room or a discounted rate on the room I was in.

Another great stay at the Labadi Beach - a great hotel with a local feel and great facilities.
Pros:

Everyone is so friendly and helpful and welcoming, this is our 4th visit and we still love it!.
Breakfast is great with lots of choice.
Lots of choice, with 2 pools, on the beach and with many bars to grab a drink, the beach bar being a good addition since our last stay too.

Cons:

The fact we had to leave!
