Beautiful hotel, definitely reccomend!
Pros:

The location was excellent, right in the middle of town but above the noise. There is a lovely view from all of the rooms, the beds super comfortable and clean. There was great AC and WiFi, and the team were available for any questions we had.

Pros:

Sinceramente un 10. Me encantó el entorno, aun estando al lado de la calle principal de Mazunte, parece que estás en medio de la selva: mucha vegetación, silencio absoluto y algunos animalitos (gallos, gatos, luciérnagas, lagartos y grillos). La cama cómoda, la decoración bonita. La piscina privada y la hamaca un plus. Personal atento y amable. Se ve el mar (aunque muy muy poco)

Cons:

Por poner un pero, no hay mucha intimidad porque las zonas exteriores de cada villa/habitación están unidas, luego puedes estar en tu piscina y que alguien pase a literalmente 1 paso. Almohadas algo incómodas. En el baño falta iluminación, espejo de cuerpo completo y algo más de privacidad, ya que por las ventanas (algunas sin cristal, solo mosquitera) se ve la villa colindante y el personal que esté en esa zona de servicio.

Todo , fue lo mejor que nos ha pasado durante nuestro viaje , las habitaciones son hermosas , tuvimos un pequiño problema con el aire de la habitacion , y nos cambiaron directamente en otra. La verdad todos fueron muy muy atendidos. Un hermoso equipo, un hermoso hotel , hermsosas habitaciones con todo lo nécessaire!!!! Bravo !!!

It’s a very beautiful property. The pools are gorgeous and the location is good. The beds are really comfortable! They clean every day.

Cons:

I think the service could’ve been better, they didn’t give us a bath mat or small towels for our hands. And I asked them about it but they didn’t give us more. It would’ve been nice for someone to be a bit more present as it is a decent amount of money per night.

Classy room, but not an hotel
Pros:

The room was amazing. Well decorated and and with everything you can need. The staff is gentle but not present at the property, they come only for the checkin.
The pool was not clean and really usable (not a big problem for me, I prefer the beach anyway).

Cons:

I was expecting some hotel facilities, like a reception, the possibility to have at least breakfast there.
The entrance is a bit trashy compared to how beautiful is the room

El sitio se ve que está muy nuevo y son habitaciones muy bonitas y amplias. El personal es muy atento. En nuestro caso tuvimos un pequeño problema y lo solucionaron súper rápido.

Pros:

Hotel boutique maravilloso y con encanto. La cama era como disipa y el baño de los mejores de México. La playa está a 5 minutos andando y en el hotel tenían toallas, sombrillas y protector solar para los huéspedes. La cocina estaba fuera de la habitación, al lado de la piscina privada.

Cons:

Por poner alguna pega, no tenía armario (aunque si un par de baldas y un perchero) y el camino que llevaba al hotel estaba poco iluminado.

Tanto el chico del staff como Estefanía fueron muy atentos, amables y resolutivos durante toda la estancia. Sin su ayuda y disposición, la experiencia probablemente no habría sido igual de positiva.

Muchas gracias a ellos por su excelente atención.

Intenté contactar a través del número proporcionado en Booking, pero al parecer correspondía al personal o asistentes de los propietarios. A través de ese contacto me facilitaron otro número para comunicarme directamente, pero lamentablemente nunca estuvo disponible y tampoco recibí respuesta posterior.
