Por otro lado, me gustaría destacar y agradecer especialmente al personal que trabajaba allí, ya que fueron quienes realmente me ayudaron en todo momento. Tanto el chico del staff como Estefanía fueron muy atentos, amables y resolutivos durante toda la estancia. Sin su ayuda y disposición, la experiencia probablemente no habría sido igual de positiva.

Muchas gracias a ellos por su excelente atención.

Intenté contactar a través del número proporcionado en Booking, pero al parecer correspondía al personal o asistentes de los propietarios. A través de ese contacto me facilitaron otro número para comunicarme directamente, pero lamentablemente nunca estuvo disponible y tampoco recibí respuesta posterior.

Cons:

- The shower pressure was poor.
- Previous guests food in freezer.
- No lock on the balcony door.
- Barely a sea view, as the trees were covering the view.
- Trees are overgrown so you cannot get much sun by the pool or balcony.
- we booked this hotel to sunbathe and rest at the villa but it wasn’t possible with the amount of trees overshadowing & only 2 sun loungers available.

Pros:

Close to the action in the middle of Mazunte. Comfortable bed and bedding. Grounds swept daily. Enclosed glass, so no mosquitos. Nice room cleaning folks who helped with luggage and arranged taxi.

Cons:

Buncha steps to get there. No full time reception staff. Pool wasn't heated, so swimmable only during sunny part of the day. (2 hours due to shade) No microwave. Barking dogs nearby, typical of rural Mexico. Bring earplugs.

Pros:

Amazing property close to everything yet far enough away to have quiet space too. The rooms are spacious and clean and small kitchen area very handy.

Needs better signage from the street to find.

An ok hotel

The design of the hotel is very nice, the location is quite central for Mazunte restaurants etc

Cons:

The room service/ cleaning was strange: some days the bin in the toilet wasn't emptied, and none of the towels were changed, but the bed was made up. Other days, the bed wasn't made, but the bin was emptied. The shower had very little warm water, and kept flooding the floor. There is a lot of noise at night coming from the party venues/bars across the road. We had booked two rooms; the second room's toilet door was almost impossible to close or open, and it wasn;t fixed during our stay.
