Pros:

Très joli appartement. Il est extrêmement bien situé et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes et aux photos. L'hôte a toujours été disponible et nous a même gardé nos valises durant notre dernier jour sachant que nous partions assez tard de la ville.

La atención un 100. Rocio y Dani super amables y atentos. Las instalaciones tambien, super completas. Tenes todo lo necesario. La vista del lugar, inmejorable.A solo 10 min del centro cívico, pero a media cuadra de la san martín. Tenes todo cerca. Muy recomendable. Volvería sin dudar

La atencion calida y atenta de Rocío.

Cons:

Las fotos publicadas eran engañosas, ya que la vista no daba al lago como se mostraba y se expresaba en la descripción, siendo que era con vista a la calle de una avenida principal, donde era extremadamente ruidosa y con mucha luz durante todo el día y noche, causando un mal descanso. Por otra parte, el espacio de la ducha era muy reducido, donde se terminaba llenando de agua en todo el exterior del baño. El termotanque no funcionaba bien o era muy chico, por motivo de que al bañarse se tornaba el agua a fría estando en pleno invierno.
El ingreso al garaje privado del hospedaje era muy angosto e inclinado, donde se debia tener mucha precaución, aún así, por estar sobre la Av. y en una rotonda muy transitada.

Acomodação boa porém com questões ruins.
Pros:

O quarto é limpo, roupa de cama cheirosa. A funcionária muito simpática. Tem uma vista bonita, a cozinha funcionou bem, e a localização é ótima.

Cons:

O aquecedor não funcionou bem no quarto todo. Tive que pedir outro que também não estava muito bom. Não passei frio mas poderia ter sido melhor. A cortina estava quebrada e entrava luz no quarto de manhã. E tem quarto que é na beira da rua, achei inseguro.

Great location and staff are so helpful
Pros:

Location was great, amazing view from the balcony. Staff were very friendly and attentive and helped with walking routes and bus.

Pros:

The place had a beautiful view and it looked great, but we booked an apartment with lake view, and we were given a different one, which didn’t match the pictures. They kindly accommodated us in a different one but then we had to move again which wasn’t ideal. Both apartments were not in great shape, cheap materials that were/got broken during our stay. However the staff were super nice and helped us when we needed it.
