La atención del personal, las instalaciones muy cómodas y coloniales.
La calle de ingreso, un poco abandonada.
Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean with daily cleanings too. Shower in the room was plenty spacious. The ladies were amazing and even fixed us a breakfast to go before breakfast hours so we could make our outing for that day. And the breakfasts were delicious!

The neighborhood may not seem too safe but I didn’t have any problem.

It was a central location.
The staff were helpful especially Luigi who assisted in the afternoon. Luigi recommended some great restaurants to dine and assisted us in so many ways.
It was safe and secure and close to the city plazas also laundry handy next door almost.
You had to pass through a small dodgy area on the corner of the plaza to get into safe areas. At dusk and night worrying. Daytime fine.
Todo ha estado genial. El hotel es precioso, en el centro de Quito, con unos patios preciosos, vistas al panecillo, todo el personal ha sido amable, volveremos sin duda!!!!

ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת והצוות - ובעיקר לואיג׳י - יצאו מגידרם לעזור ולייעץ ולהנעים את שהותינו במלון
הכניסה מהרחוב קצת לא נעימה -אבל בפנים הכל נקי ומאוד בטוח
Es hermoso un edificio antiguo bien conservado, limpieza absoluta, muy cordial atención y muy profesional
La localización no muy buena no tiene parqueadero tuve que pagar aparte un parqueadero y cerraban temprano
Mención especial al personal humano del lugar, sobre todo a Luiggi un autentico crack!
Calidad precio perfecto.
La entrada al Hotel es complicada y peligrosa a la noche (mucho cuidado).
