Se volete ritirarvi tra le colline toscane, questo è il posto migliore.
Pros:

Si presenta molto bene, struttura di nuova costruzione pulita e accogliente.

Cons:

Purtroppo non amo dare valutazioni negative ma ahimè dopo diversi mesi ancora ci infastidisce.
Struttura davvero da 10++ ma la cena servita, devo ammettere mio malgrado che il ristorante non era per niente in proporzione. Pagato tantissimo non proporzionale al servizio e alla qualità mi spiace.

Pros:

La struttura gode di una posizione davvero splendida, immersa nelle colline toscane e con una vista mozzafiato. Il contesto è rilassante e il potenziale del luogo è enorme. Anche la piscina è situata in un punto panoramico eccezionale, che permette di godersi appieno il paesaggio circostante.

Cons:

Purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. La colazione è risultata di livello piuttosto basso, con prodotti poco ricercati e non valorizzanti il territorio, aspetto che in Toscana ci si aspetterebbe invece di trovare.
Il personale era molto limitato e spesso assente. Nel pomeriggio non era possibile ordinare un cocktail, un drink o anche solo della frutta a bordo piscina, rendendo un'area così bella poco fruibile. Anche l'accoglienza ha lasciato a desiderare al nostro arrivo il receptionist non ci ha praticamente rivolto lo sguardo, trasmettendo una sensazione di scarsa attenzione verso gli ospiti.

La pulizia era discreta, sia nella camera sia nelle aree comuni, ma senza particolari standard di eccellenza.

In definitiva, è un luogo con un fascino straordinario e un potenziale enorme, ma i servizi e l'attenzione al cliente sono attualmente ben al di sotto di quanto ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo livello. È un vero peccato, perché con una gestione più curata potrebbe offrire un'esperienza davvero memorabile.

Pros:

De locatie is perfect en een hele fijne plek om het mooie Toscane te ontdekken. Het ontbijtbuffet was lekker en het personeel van de ochtendploeg was echt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam hetgeen van de avondploeg helaas niet gezegd kan worden

Cons:

De airco werkte amper waardoor het veel te heet was in de kamer en slapen lastig was. Na meerdere malen hiervan melding gemaakt te hebben, was dit probleem nog steeds niet opgelost. Ook de wifi was een drama....

De 2 dames in de avondploeg waren niet gastvrij en vriendelijk helaas en speelden telkens 1 afspeellijst van Tina Turner veel te hard af waardoor de sfeer s'avonds op het terras van het restaurant niet oké was...

Pleasant and restful
Pros:

Secluded and peaceful. Very characterful old building with lots of charm. Comfortable rooms with good size shower rooms. Nice pool with plenty of sun loungers.

Cons:

Restaurant was a bit expensive. There are a lot of steps, beware if you are not so mobile.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Heerlijk rustig verblijf op een half uurtje rijden van Bologna. Het huis is stijlvol, de tuin en het zwembad alles wat nodig is om te genieten.

Cons:

Vanuit onze kamer (juniorsuite) heb je geen uitzicht, verder is de kamer heerlijk.

Suurepärane teenindus, sõbralik ja südamlik personal. Imeline tuba ja ümbruskond, nagu muinasjutus. Telefonilevi täiesti null - väga rahustav ja oleks nagu välis maailmast välja lülitatud. Tõeline Relaxation. WiFi oli muidugi olemas.

Cons:

Toas konditsioneer ei jahutanud piisavalt. Oleks rohkem jahedamat soovinud aga polnud ka nii kuum et ei oleks talunud.
