La ubicación
Paisible, lieu enchanteur, hôtel confortable et piscine/espace jardin superbes. Excellent déjeuner, varié avec un excellent service amical au déjeuner (Borgo Noce Chianti).
Le restaurant de l'hôtel nous a servi des plats froids (lasagne, pâtes, etc.) service autain avec beaucoup de commentaires.
Sehr aufmerksames Personal! Ruhig gelegene Lage. Frühstück war gut.
Die Klimaanlage hätte schon bei 16 Grad angehen sollen, daher hat sie nicht gut gekühlt! Das WLAN muss ausgebaut werden, Handy Empfang sowie mobiles Netz ist im Thal leidet nicht gegeben.

Le stanze super calde con non possibilità di spegnere riscaldamento inquanto centralizzato, tanto che tutti gli ospiti sono state costretti a dormire con le finestre/porte aperte, presenza di formiche e non pulite adeguatamente, come da reclamo e foto inviate anche a Booking, la cena servita in un locale piccolo e tutti i tavoli distanziati di 5 cm uno dall’altro, prodotti di scarsa qualità e non espressi, dalle stanze risaliva odore nauseante di fogna, la colazione a buffet povera e di scarsa qualità, personale non idoneo al tipo di location poco professionale, spa non utilizzabile inquanto rotta, prezzo non in linea con la tipologia di servizi e qualità offerta, da non tornarci in nessun struttura del gruppo…
Szép helyen volt, tisztaság volt mindenhol.
A képeken nem szerepelt az a szoba, amiben mi aludtunk. Három épületből állt a szállás maga, egymástól 4-600 méterre. A recepció ahol van, ott volt a vacsora, a szállásunk onnan 400 méterre egy másik épületben, a reggeli pedig egy harmadikban. Autóval közlekedtünk a reggelihez és a vacsorához is. A klímán a fűtés nem működött, ezt jeleztük első éjszaka, amikor felkínáltak egy plusz takarót. Másnap reggelre jó lett a klíma, de este ismét nem fűtött, ezért egy elektromos fűtőtestet hoztak be a szobába. A reggelihez 10:30ig lehetett menni, mi 9:30kor mentünk és üres volt a főtt reggeli helye. Kérdeztem , hogy a pékáruból van e még, amire az a válasz jött, hogy sajnos nincs, mert sütni kell és az fél óra, míg megsül. Ez a reggeli 13€ fejenként..
A szobában pedig nagyon sok hangya volt..

L unico problema della struttura è il ristorante,al chiuso è spiacevole starci,non so se d’estate ci sia la possibilità di cenare o pranzare all aperto ma dovrebbe esserci cura dei dettagli cosa che non c’è
