Ideal location for what we needed but I wasn't impressed with many aspects of the hotel.
Pros:

The beds were comfy.
The space was okay, I'm glad I had upgraded room size after seeing the size of the room I was initially going to book.
The complex it was on was nice.

Cons:

The room had no air conditioning, it did have a fan but it honestly felt like the heating was on. Inside the room and the corridor. When going to find staff to question this I couldn't find anyone, I waited around but no one was there to talk to. I had booked one double bed and ended up with 2 single beds. The shower would automatically flick between temperatures. We ordered breakfast but left it as it was not good at all. I was not impressed.

Nice relax stop over would recommend

Cons:

Unfortunately our stay was in the middle of a heatwave so the room was extremely hot. The staff were very helpful and gave us 2 fans for the room. Maybe in future a small air-conditioning unit might be of benefit.

Pros:

Breakfast was in what looked like a school canteen and was £15.00 regardless of what you ate. It was all in hot plates with only one member of staff, so we didn't bother. We chose to eat at a location offering fresh food.

Cons:

The room was a shambles, no soap, no toilet roll.
The Spa facilities were not available and this wasn't stated on the website.
Only one member of staff on the bar despite a large group of people there.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Loved the place..clean, tidy, friendly staff...lots to do in the bar area..out side area, and a court yard,coffee in the pit stop...food lovely...beds soft and everything you need in a room.shower powerful..spare towels and hair dryer, fan.
