Pros:

Lovely room. Clean. On the small side but perfect for 1. I was solo travelling so it was perfect. Bed was comfy. Room had kettle, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe, fan. Tea tray was a little sparse in room but loved the free coffee stations in reception. Coffee was lovely too. Staff all polite and helpful.

Cons:

Tea tray in room would of liked more selection.

Willows is a functional and good value hotel. Great!
Pros:

Great! We liked the room, the free coffee in the reception and water machine. Nice touches. Comfortable bed, nice clean shower room. Will 100% be back soon!

Cons:

It did not have plug sockets on the bed end, but that’s a minor thing. Other than that, excellent in every way.

Exceptional facilities and staff really great
Pros:

Great place to stay with loads of facilities.

Cons:

Rooms very hot but the recent weather has been extreme so would normally be ok I guess.
