Location was next to market and was about 10-15 mins to nearest stations
Room was tiny and did not have a window, towels were filthy as were bed sheets. Toilet did not have basic thing like hand soap or hand towels. Room is tiny and no window makes it feel like a prison.
Was given Room on floor 7 (8 flights of stairs) and lift was broken, after reading many reviews it had been 'broken' for a month at least with some reviews mentioning it since 2024.
Told reception this was absolutely ridiculous, false advertising and just dangerous especially for people with mobility issues.
Was moved to room on floor 2 and the bathroom this time round was a wet room and due to lack of towels or tissues ir anything else everywhere was just absolutely wet.
Honestly just pay more and get somewhere way better, the images trick you and make it seem much nicer, it is a very unpleasant place
The staff was accommodating.
The room wasn’t hospitable, I had to leave my deposit upon viewing as I couldn’t sleep in it.

We arrived 2am, obviously tired. Upon check in, the front desk told me i had to give a deposit of 50 MYR, which is fine, but since we didnt get the chance to take out money, i hoped he would cut us some slack especially that there was ni mention of deposits in the hooking instructions at all. He made me go to a street ATM even when i pleaded to just give the deposit in the morning since I already paid online 4 days worth of the booking. No. He did not care. So i had to walk 4am in chinatown to go to an atm. Anyway, we paid. And our room was 5th floor. Lo and behold that was the only time he said there was no elevator. He did not at least help us with our luggage. We climbed to the 5th floor. But please note that the first floor was technically the 3rd floor. Since the next floor was the mezzanine and the next floor after that was the 1st floor. I asked him if there was a room on a lower floor. No. He doesnt care. So i complained here on booking however the reply? 14 hours later and his solution was to bring us to the 2nd floor which is still about 8 flights of stairs btw. So we just said never mind since they wont help with the luggage anyway so we would be keeping all our stuff and carrying them down with no help?
We cut our stay short obviously and left one day early because the people are awful.
Do not advertise you have elevator if you dont. Anyway, please save yourself the stress and do not ever book here. And the room is dirty. Again. We left a day early because of the shit we experienced here and moved to another hotel. Worst experience ever!

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass der Aufzug seit zwei Tagen nicht mehr funktioniert (und wurde auch während unserem Aufenthalt nicht repariert), daher mussten wir jedesmal 7 Stockwerke hochgehen…
Oben angekommen stellten wir fest, dass unser Zimmer nicht geputzt war (Boden dreckig, Bad dreckig, Haare/Flecken auf Handtüchern und Bett). Auch hatte der winzige Raum kein Fenster, so wie auf den Fotos bei der Buchung.
Nach Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Dort die gleichen Probleme mit mangelnder Sauberkeit. Erneut mussten wir uns an das Personal wenden. Neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren auch nicht sauber, sondern voller langer dunkler Haare. Im zweiten Zimmer war auch die Toilette komplett verdreckt.
Irgendwann gaben wir dann auf.
