Emergensy

Slight smell of smoke when returning to the room. Charging was intermittent using the power socket near the bed. Elevator was out of order just prior to checkout, but staff were available to assist with heavy luggage if needed

Lift no working .staircase very bad smell

The room is extremely small, barely enough for one person, and the elevator is out of order. If this hotel were free, I wouldn't have booked it. I got a room on the eighth floor, and it's tiny for two people. They need to expand the rooms or close the place down. It was really expensive. For the same price, or even a little more, I could get a whole apartment. The room is like a tomb; I don't see anything worth climbing the stairs for. The noise of children in the hallway early in the morning was deafening; they were playing and running around. People were walking and talking, and I could hear my neighbors in the adjacent rooms talking. It's not worth it. The only rating I'm giving is for the staff; the room has a zero rating. The problem is, I went there because of the rating, and I think there's some trick going on, or maybe the other rooms have good ratings. But anyway, the room is too small for one person, not two, not to mention the broken elevator and the musty smell

・エアコンの位置が部屋の真ん中で、ベッドにいると直撃、ハンガーラックの洗濯物には逆に風が届かず、温度調整が大変だった。
・小さな虫が机などを歩いていたことがあった。（この宿の問題ではないかもしれません）
