Pros:

We stayed at Blue Belle Hotel Zentrum for 5 nights as a family of 2 adults and 2 children in a Family Suite. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and felt welcomed throughout our visit.

The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options each morning. We would especially like to thank Mr. Sinan for his exceptional hospitality. He was always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist whenever needed, making our stay even more enjoyable.

While there were some cleanliness issues that did not fully meet our expectations, Stefania handled the situation professionally and efficiently. We appreciated her prompt response and efforts to address our concerns.

Thank you to the entire team for your kindness and hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and wish you continued success.

Bathroom were clean and big

Cons:

Bed needs an upgrade badly and the pillows, breakfast was very poor, eggs and coffee were the only hot food and the area was very small and tight

Wer eine zentrale und saubere Unterkunft sucht, mit einem sehr feinem Frühstück und dies zu einem sensationellen Preis.
Pros:

Ein einfach, saubere und zentrale Unterkunft. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, eine Klimaanlage und sehr bequeme Bette. Die Zimmer gegen die Strasse sind relativ Laut, aber wenn man das Fenster schliesst und die Klima anmacht, hört man kaum was. Sehr gut isolierte Fenster.

Sentral beliggenhet, men kunne vært renere.
Pros:

Stedet lå utrolig sentralt. Rommet hadde fin størrelse, airconditionen var bra og sengen var komfortabel.

Cons:

Det var rødbrune flekker på gulvet i et hjørne ved skapet, så ut som bloddråper? Fant tre sølvkre, et i dusjen, et på gulvet på badet, og et inntil sengen på gulvet. Det var veldig lytt, hørte støy fra rommene ved siden av, over og under. Frokosten var heller ikke slik den ble beskrevet på nett, med alt for salt og understrekt eggerøre. Melken og juicen var lunken. Dårlig utvalg.

Pros:

Bin dort angekommen, hab den zimmer 35 bekommen. Nach dem einchecken bin raus komme spät abends und merke zimmer stinkt, mache die Bad türe auf und stelle fest ein sehr schlechtes Gestank. Wollte zimmer tauschen, mir wurde gesagt das geht erst morgen. Hab ganzen Nacht nicht geschlafen und viel morgens doch eingepennt jedoch kam personal klopfte und meinte ein anderes zimmer wäre an der Straßen seite sei zu laut und die wollen reparieren ich soll dann einfach rausgehen. Allerdings kam ein Dame par Minuten später und Hämmerte gegen die Tür und hat mich geweckt trotzt dessen der Kollege von ihr da war. Ist nur traurig, und statt deutsch zu sprechen fängt sie mit Englisch an.

Kann nicht weiter empfehlen 😊

Größe und Sauberkeit des Zimmers.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum samt Frühstück. Als ob man versucht,in der U-Bahn zu frühstücken.
Weiterhin war es bei der Anreise schwierig ins Gebäude zu gelangen. Die Klingel war defekt oder der Portier hatte schlichtweg keinen Bock....am Vormittag!
Kurzum: kleines Geld aber weniger bekommen als erwartet.

Surprising quite overnight given the location. Beds comfortable, good breakfast, towels provided.
Basic room and hotel, but as expected.

Cons:

Pedantic staff on arrival - wanted €6 to hold a bag for 20minutes.. (after 12noon it is free).

Area isn’t great, a lot of gentleman’s clubs, bars etc in the local area, the previous reviews were concerning. However, as 2 female travellers we did feel safe in the hotel, but also did return to the hotel for 1800 every night - it is not an area I would be happy to walk around late evening.

Access to the hotel too time, it is a buzzer from the outside.
