We had a lot of issues in our room with exposed electrical outlets, blocked sink, etc, luckily staff were great and moved our room
Walking distance to TRX and Pavillion. The 2-bedroom apartment is quite spacious and suitable for family of 4-5.
The bathroom has a bit uneasy smell perhaps from the piping not too sure.

the parking lot - modern with car lift (although not used). many spaces, but the pillar location kind of blocked the car doors.
if driving an MPV, make sure you drive very carefully.

Some facilities are a bit old, like the toilet seat, the water pot does not work
The breakfast was good and tasted nice. Although it was basic, we were satisfied. Just advice to make breakfast for vege person as well.
The staff handled the issue well. She apologized and made the effort to check our concern thoroughly. However, we are still not satisfied with how the management handled the situation.

The studio room we received was different from the photos shown by the property. Fortunately, we raised the issue with the staff, and they sent a technician to check the bed size. Only then did they confirm that we had been given the wrong room.
We booked for 2 nights, but had to spend 1 night in an incorrect room with poor air conditioning and insufficient amenities (no spoon at my room) which was very uncomfortable.
Although they upgraded our room for the second night, we are very disappointed that no refund or compensation was provided for the first night that we lost. Only got free parking with only cost rm10 per entry.lol
The kitchen was not properly cleaned. There was still water left in the kettle, which raises concerns about their cleaning standards.
Location is great, walking distance to trx and about 10 mins to sungei wang.
Having a card to enter the lobby AND need a passcode to enter the room. Very inconvenient to have dual access.
