Everything was great
Nhân viên ok, khá hỗ trợ khách. Tuy nhiên chủ khách sạn thì phân biệt đối xử khách Tây và khách Việt. Với khách Tây thì thái độ vui vẻ niềm nở, còn khách Việt thì rất thái độ. Bọn m nhận phòng rất muộn, trả phòng từ rất sớm tính ra ở chưa đến 1 ngày, mà lúc bọn m quay lại ngồi chờ tầm 30p-1 tiếng đợi xe về thì chủ lơ lơ thái độ, không thèm bật quạt cho bọn m trong khi Huế siêu nóng (Ý là tầng đợi còn không có cả điều hòa như các bên khách sạn khác), thế mà tầm 20p sau có 1 đoàn khách tây cũng đến ngồi đợi thì chị chủ tự chạy ra bật quạt max luôn, và lấy đồ ra mời niềm nở. Bữa sáng ở đây miễn phí nhưng cũng tệ, full trứng món nào cũng trứng. Nhìn vào menu cũng biết là chỉ dành cho khách Tây chứ không phải Việt, dụng cụ ăn là dĩa chứ không có thìa :((, phòng ăn cũng bé tí, nói chính xác là cái hành lang cải tạo thêm vài cái bàn để thành khu vực ăn uống. Phòng bé nha, ghi 22m nhưng thực tế chỉ <15m2. Lưu trú 2 ngày nhưng cũng không có dịch vụ thay chăn ga+ khăn tắm cho khách, phải dùng lại đồ cũ ngày hôm trước. Với giá này để so sánh với khách sạn khác m từng đặt thì đắt hơn rất nhiều mà dịch vụ kém xa. À, khách sạn đổi địa chỉ mà không cập nhật trên các trang, làm bọn m sáng sớm xuống xe tưởng địa chỉ ảo, phải đi tìm mất 1 lúc.

Nous avons pu prendre une douche le matin à l’arrivée de notre bus de nuit avant le Check in.
Attention l’adresse n’est pas la bonne sur Booking. L’hôtel a déménagé à quelques minutes à pieds.
Chambre agréable et propre
La porte d’entrée de la chambre est vitrée donc on voit la lumière du couloir.
Le personnel n’est pas le plus accueillant.

Super accueil, chambre incroyable pour le prix et personnel super sympathique. Je devais prendre un bus de nuit et la propriétaire m'a proposé de prendre une douche quand je suis venu récupérer mon sac. Vraiment une superbe expérience.
