Everything is nice 👌 and perfect 👌.
To be honest everything was nice to us.
The family room exceeded my expectations and the environment is very clean.
Breakfast was ok ut when compared to garden court holiday inn they can do much better.
All over cleanliness and everything is of high standard. Environment is very peacefull with lovely views and sunsets. Will definitely revisit
The room was spacious enough, comfy and spotless. Room was well stocked, no need to worry about anything, we were well covered. The food was great, boat cruise and game drive were equally refreshing. It was a good experience.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the environment is serene and refreshing. It's always lovely to just get away from the stress of the city and relaz as a family.
The food is first of all on the expensive side and not that great 😒 And it always arrives cold.

The serving staff were a bit slow to respond to requests and the one who takes away the plates should ensure they clean up the table immediately. I recommend training and coaching on the serving efficiency.
