Proche de tout, un arrêt de bus, juste en bas pour pouvoir aller en ville.

Cons:

Le matin il y a beaucoup de bruit, on entend les femmes de ménage passer l’aspirateur et d’autres clients, faire du bruit. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail.
