Our key was not there for the unit we were told we were booked into. Cleanliness lacking in corners like the wardrobe and under beds. Broken heater, hanging off wall. Room was dated and cold. Poor paint, chipping and lifting. Dirty glasses in kitchen. Very old stove with elements not level with no supports. Net curtains too long or short. Curtains not put up properly and mismatched. No extra blankets for the cold night for any beds. Miss matched taps in bathroom and kitchen. No hairdryer. Bathroom paintwork old and lifting. Soap tray in shower looks mouldy and needs replacing. Marks on carpet. Soo sad just seems so unloved.

Cons:

Elements were not sitting as the holders were broken very unafe. Grill in oven was hanging down in the oven...No smoke alarms... There was no wall heater even though there was a heater thermostat on the wall...had to leave the heater provided on most of the night as it was freezing in the room.

You get what u pay for. Just needs updating threwout
Pros:

I guess for the price it was ok and since I only needed the room for 12hrs it was bearable but def not for longer than a day

Cons:

Wifi didnt work very well. Oven and elements not working. Very minimal blankets for kids(lucky we brought sleeping bags) and heating not safe for kids.
