Great apartment in Kotor, fabulous room/toilet, and a great view from the balcony. Staff recommended a boat tour to go on which was amazing (and only 40 euros). Would definitely stay here again :))
About a 20 min walk to the old town
Good location (17 min walking distance from the old city) at an affordable price.
The place has a mini pool but it's still nice. Room was clean.
AC didn't work at all! We had to rely on the fan which wasn't very efficient. Night was horrible with the temperature and the humidity over the roof. Though chack out was at 10:00, we escaped there once we woke up, at 8:00 as it was such unbearable to stay in this room.
The shower is very small and not comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay in Dobrota! The location of the apartment is absolutely beautiful, and I really loved the view from my room. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. If I visit Dobrota again, I would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!
Aunque el establecimiento no cuenta con grandes lujos, el precio es muy razonable comprado con otros alojamientos de Kotor. Se encuentra a 15-20 minutos andando del casco antiguo. El personal fue muy amable. Nos indicaron dónde aparcar junto al hotel.

The property is close to the beach, and the host was very welcoming and polite. Having a small guest pool was a nice bonus. Overall, the place is very basic - just the bare minimum - but it was clean and reasonably comfortable.
Our AC was broken and did not cool the room at all. We had to suffer through a very hot and humid night with only a fan, which overshadowed an otherwise decent stay.

Hosts were absolutely welcoming and excellent all though the stay. We stayed for 5 nights and on the 2nd night the AC seemed to fail and they immediately shifted us to a new room. We also faced a medical emergency during our stay and again the hosts were extremely supportive and helpful to manage the situation and direct us to local medical services. Also provided us with very useful tips and advice on local sights, recommended beaches and local parking.
Room and beds were big enough for us 4. Clean and tidy. Overall quite happy.
Bottled water was available (at reasonable cost), Laundry services were very good and affordable (we used twice).
location was great ~15 mins walk into Kotor old town, 5 mins from supermarket, 5-10 mins to the bay with swimming opportunities and a number of seaside restaurants.
Note that the final 200m from main road to the property is steep uphill all the way!
Private swimming pool was fully working and my son was happy to dip in.
Parking, while I definitely appreciate the free cost aspect, was a bit challenging due to the tight space and very steep access road and other cars parked around. plan for 10-15 mins to get in and out :-)
Bathroom doors (on both our rooms) did not close/lock. Nothing major but in general, the room fixtures probably need a small fixes and updates.

Hemos puesto una reclamación ya que el día antes de hacer check out nos dimos cuenta que teníamos un coche bloqueándonos el paso. Les mandamos un mensaje y nos dijeron que nos ayudarían a las 8 am. A las 8 estábamos listos y no había nadie e imposible sacar el coche. Hasta las 9 no ha aparecido el dueño del hostal, a pesar de las llamadas, los mensajes y los insistentes sonidos por nuestra parte del claxon. Cuando ha aparecido, no de muy buenas formas nos ha dicho que siempre pasaba lo mismo con los turistas, pero al intentarlo él, tampoco ha sido capaz. Por lo que ha tenido que llamar al dueño del coche que era vecino, y pedirle las llaves de su coche para moverlo. Esto nos ha supuesto una hora de retraso a nuestro siguiente destino. Además, súmale un colchón terrorífico, las almohadas horribles, la ducha inunda el baño cuando la usa, la piscina en mal estado y la ubicación bastante mejorable. Cero recomendable, el peor y más caro en 17 días viajando por los Balcanes
Location is great and the scenery from the balcony is fabulous. The owner Mr. Sedat and his sons were great family who are very attendant from the point I check-in to check-out. They answered all questions and fulfilled any requirements I made. Thanks for their help and I am very glad to meet them.
