Love our stay
Pros:

Jet park restaurant was amazing and delicious. Great staff was onboard. The rooms were nice furnished and cleaned. Love the jet baths. Love the gym has a treadmill, bike, row and so much more. Sauna was great nice annd hot! and pool was cold. Had a good cold plunge after the sauna. Amazing will be back again.

Pros:

A very nice hotel, very big and the bathroom was great. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Even though we were next to the airport, you could not hear the plans taking off or landing. Would recommend to stay here

Clean space,comfy beds very very spacious rooms, made it so easy for our toddler to run around.

Winter feedback choice
Pros:

How clean the place was and how my kids loved the stairs as they love two story places. They really loved the single beds and my wife and I loved our king size bed.

Cons:

Was not able to swim longer in the pool because of the cold season which is not the hotel fault. May they should consider having a covering option for people to still use the pool especially for family with young children.

Loved everything about it , best sleep i had in new zealand , right next to the airport, the staff were so helpful we were late checking in due to traveling. Rooms were spotless , even got a light workout in

Kids wanted a microwave lol if i need to be picky, sauna was out of order but hey thats life didnt worry me lol

Great staff, location and so clean and comfy
Pros:

The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable.
Reception staff were amazing! They went above and beyond for us and storing some big items we purchased at Ikea.

Cons:

No fault of the hotel, but loud arrogant guests yelling in the hallways late at night, kept everyone in our room awake until early hours of the morning. They must've been a group and had one room opposite ours and another further down the hallway and stood and yelled at each other from their doors.
The restaurant is a no go - would not recommend
