Ubicación perfecta, personal atento. Mobiliario mejorable
Pros:

La ubicación en pleno centro del centro histórico. Desayuno completo con muchas opciones. Habitaciones un poco viejas pero cómodas.

Cons:

La primera habitación que me designaron, tenía un ruido insoportable de las cañerías. Por suerte reclamé el cambio de la habitación y me ofrecieron otra y esta carecía de armario, solamente disponía de unos cajones. Las puertas de las habitaciones necesitan su reemplazo

La proximité du centre et des lieux à visiter33

Cons:

33°et pas de clim, juste un ventilateur qui brassait de l air chauf. Clim obtenue la veille du départ en changeant de chambre.
Salle de bain avec un sabot d un autre âge.
Un hôtel vétuste à revoir complètement.
Nous ne comprenons pas que Booking recommande un tel endroit.

Pros:

The location was great! Very central and easy walking distance from anywhere you might like to visit. The breakfast was great. The staff were incredibly welcoming and very happy to help.

Cons:

My single room on the third floor didn't have aircon (I believe other floors do have this amenity). The room did have a fan so I managed but it still wasn't 100% ideal.

Pros:

Buena ubicación para un viaje de turismo. Ambientes ámplios.

Cons:

Quizá necesitaría una "puesta al dia", pues se está quedando muy antiguo.
Falta aire acondicionado.

Great place for a short stay
Pros:

the Hotel is at a central, great location, friendly staff, breakfast was ok. we had a superior room, it had enough space and was not loud (as many raters before, there's a cinema next/below to the hotel).

Cons:

The Hotel could be renovated but it was ok for a short stay. There was no glasses, fridge or anything in the room, no option to make yourself a tea or coffee. Beds were ok but not the best ever seen...

Pros:

Great location, very nice and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with gluten free options.

Cons:

The room was a very good size and very clean and quite. However the decor could do with freshening up. I couldn't sleep as the mattress was uncomfortable.

Struttura fatiscente con moquette vecchia e sporca, mobilio decadente, il bagno manca di appoggi con tende in plastica per doccia. la stanza singola una cella di detenzione senza aria condizionata e con un water quasi fuori alla porta dello stesso.

Pros:

No , habían 36 grados y la habitación no contaba siquiera con ventilador o agua fresca .

Cons:

La habitación tiene 10 hs de sol y el calor es insoportable.
La ventana no se puede dejar abierta porque puede entrar alguien .
Ni siquiera frigo bar tenía , nada de nada
Si no hubiera sido por Antonella , creo que hubiera muerto esa noche allí .

A wonderful stay in a palazzo with a balcony
Pros:

The hotel is wonderful. It's an old Italian palazzo, right in the middle of the historical center (and yet in the safe distance from the most touristy area). We booked the room with the balcony and it was totally worth it! Would absolutely recommend it.
The buffet breakfast was very good. The staff were all wonderful.
A hotel always plays such an important role in short trips, and Palace Bologna Centro made things magical for us.
