Cons:

Salle de bain d'un autre âge.
Parmi les cinq hôtels de mon voyage, c'était la chambre la plus chère et la moins bien équipée. Mais Bologne est une ville globalement chère.

Dare camere senza aria condizionata a luglio a Bologna dovrebbe essere illegale

La posizione centrale e la vicinanza al bar mesos che ha una vasta gamma di prodotti dolci e salati senza glutine

La pulizia...la poca chiarezza nelle informazioni sulle camere. Quando vai a selezionare le camere in alto è scritto un generale presenza di aria condizionata ...poi quando scegli la opzione colazione esclusa/inclusa paghi dopo paghi subito al riepilogo finale prima di pagare devi guardare bene perché l'aria condizionata sparisce ...non mi è sembrato molto corretto. Devo ammettere che il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato la camera senza supplemento perché era anche rotto l'ascensore.

Zdecydowanie na korzyść przemawia lokalizacja i pomocny oraz przyjazny personel hotelu. Skupiając sie na detalach można odnieść wrażenie że kiedyś był to prawdopodobnie najlepszy hotel w mieście. Pokój był czysty, pościel również, na wyposażeniu pokoju były ręczniki i przybory do kąpieli.
Stylowe sale jako części wspólne.

Zapach w pokoju
Czystość-pokój i łazienka były czyste, natomiast widoczne były zabrudzenia trwałe jak kamień i naloty.
Brak klimatyzacji
Pokoje, części wspólne wymagająca renowacji. Ten hotel jeszcze może być piękny i pożądany przez turystów
Opłata klimatyczna 17 Euro za 3 noce.

Good location, a bit old fashion hotel
Pros:

The hotel is a bit old fashioned, but located in the very center of Bologna, with available parking. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are well equipped with AirCo (it was the hottest day of our holidays)

Singurul lucru pozitiv, zona în care este amplasat

Hotelul necesită reparații, igienizare și modernizare.
Podelele scârțâie, mocheta veche, pereți decojiți, miros greu de vechi și igrasie, foarte murdar. Camera nu a fost dotată cu aer condiționat, fereastra blocată cu jaluzele din lemn, acestea nu se deschid sub nici o formă, camera nu se poate aerisi natural.
