Cons:

Just one thing to improve: our room had a nightstand that wasn't securely fastened to the wall. I was staying with two small girls, and when they opened the nightstand's door, it tipped over onto them—causing the lamp, which is quite heavy, to fall on one of the girls. Fortunately, no one was hurt, but I recommend securing that nightstand more firmly.

A very elegant establishment
Pros:

I like the self checkin and checkout features. The area feels safe. The suite is elegantly decorated and has everything you need. There’s a room downstairs with water, coffee and tea the whole place is very clean.

Sehr einfacher Self-Check-in. Personal gab es nicht, wir hatten nur via WhatsApp Kontakt, der war aber sehr zufriedenstellend. Große Dusche, großer TV. Gaststätten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Gemeinschaftlicher Aufenthaltsraum mit Wasserspender, offener Kamin.

Cons:

Waschbecken war im Zimmer integriert, sehr schlechtes (geringes) Licht. Licht im Bad ging immer automatisch mit Türöffnung an (kein Schalter). Bett sehr weich und wir konnten das Zimmer (nachts) nicht abdunkeln

Extremely pleasurable.

The entire experience was wonderful. Our room (the Green Suite) was phenomenal, bright, clean and spacious. We will definitely stay again.

We wished there wad a bit more off street parking, but we did park on the street with no issues.

A nice location in the heart of Buffalo.
Pros:

We had a lovely room in a good location.

Cons:

It’s always nice to have some staff around to great you and be there if there are any issues. I don’t think we encountered anyone other than another guest.
