Great stay, lots of wonderful memories.
Pros:

The staff at Kai blue were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated any request we had.

Cons:

There are no fridges in the rooms, however they allow you to use their refrigerator for what ever needs you have. They can also provide a cooler for the room if requested. So it was all good.

Pros:

Good place with beach entrance. Not too far from El Tunco. I went in El Tunco on foot almost every day. Tasty dishes for breakfast (and not for breakfast) Good coffee, te helado

Cons:

There is no household refrigerator in the rooms (probably it’s like a rule for Central America), but there is no many usual food in the bar, so I bought some yogurt, for example, but it’s shortly expired.
Also without cooler is okay too, I’m not complaining

Disappointing
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, delicious food, gorgeous views, and great staff (truly very friendly)

Cons:

It’s literally a roadside hotel. If the neighbor isn’t blasting loud music until 4am (which they did), then you are stuck with the sound of traffic from the busy road. There are five or so rooms up the restaurant; I arrived at dinner time and checked in with the waiter (at the hostess stand). And then the parking lot: very small and crammed with vehicles. Mine got stuck behind another vehicle and at 5am when I woke up to surf, I had no choice but to walk.

The hotel was fantastic. You can't beat the location or the views. Every member of the staff I had the privilege of interacting with was phenomenal. I think the three days my wife and I spent there were incredible.
