Pros:

L'accueil par deux jeunes garçons très beaux et sympathiques. La connexion Wifi qui fonctionnait bien. Les draps de lit propres, ce qui est rare en Inde. J’ai constaté que certains hôtels ne changent pas de draps et si vous ne faites pas attention, vous dormirez sur les mêmes draps que les clients précédents. La disponibilité de l'homme à tout faire, toujours à l'affût pour satisfaire les besoins de la clientèle. La situation de l'hôtel, dans un quartier propre et très proche de la Basilique de Velankanni et d'une mosquée pour les musulmans. Le personnel était au top.

Cons:

Le muezzin qui chante fort et appelle à la prière avant 5h du matin. L'homme de chambre bien que gentil, est parfois un peu ennuyeux. L'absence de papier toilette.

Total number of rooms and proximity to Church

Cons:

The road to facility is cramped.. If anyone parks on that way and you are doomed.. Neighbourhood kids scratched the car.. The water has stones or debris in it.. Kettle available and no glass.. Breakfast needed to be asked but plates to be asked again.. TV remote not working.. No hangar in bathroom.. Toiletteries provided and no brush.. Only 2 bottle water for 6 ppl. 9000rupees is phenomenally high.. The way to aprtment is stinking dog/goat poop

Cons:

Canteen facility should be there since it is far from the city. Care should be taken to keep the surroundings clean. Lot of garbage is thrown around. Wifi power should be increased. It is not available inside the room. If we need to extend for some more hours, charge reasonably. The receptionist said we have to pay ₹500 per hour which is too much.

The room is okay, but you will hear morning prayers soo loudly..just into your ears and the water stinks.like sewage water..and looks like I was cheated.. initially they said card is accepted and then the machine didn't work ...I was charged 7500 with taxes ...no receipt..Nothing..

And when we checked out ...for the same room someone was paying 5000 - Family Suite

Full bees outside the room and after vacating i informed this to owner...no response
