Top Hotel an bester Zentrumslage
Pros:

Grosse und komfortable Zimmer. Wir haben das Zimmer trotz bester Zentrumslage als ruhig empfunden. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Grand confort au centre de Bruxelles
Pros:

Position centrale très appréciable avec accès direct aux gares. Grande suite confortable avec grande salle de bains. Plutôt appart hôtel qu’hôtel puisque ni parties communes ni service de petit déjeuner

Central location, right near attractions and restaurants.

Staff were friendly.

It was clean and comfortable.

A great price for a very nice room.

Cons:

Soap in the shower was empty. We asked the cleaner to fill it, but she never did, so we ended up buying our own.

We could hear quite a lot of noise from the street below. Thankfully, it didn't go on too late.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The location was excellent, and it was a short walk to many sites and restaurants. The room was large, clean and bright, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic! They gave me helpful city information and stored my luggage after checkout. I highly recommend the hotel!
